The apartment has the absolute perfect location, very clean, bed was super comfy and although in the heart of the city, we had 3 nights of quiet sleep! Christiano and Virna helped us book a taxi to the airport, and had amazing recommendations for spots in town! Extra tip Christiano speaks Greek, which was very convenient. We recommend staying here and we hope we are coming again in the future!!

Cristiano’s house is so clean and warm. We stayed 3 days with my girlfriend and everything was perfect. He and his lovely wife helped us a lot and sent a long list which includes recommendations to see historical places along with restaurants. The best thing is the locatiob of the house.

Nothing - this was a great place to stay!

The hosts were super friendly and provided information about good tourist sights that we could visit. Also, the room was very spacious, clean, and modern looking. The heating was great and there is also an air conditioner for the summer. The bathroom was very clean and good looking and there was enough hot water. The best thing is that the place is so close to the center of the city and only 300 meters away from major tourist destinations which could save you a lot of time. There is a very easy transport from the airport - Marconi express monorail, that drives you straight to the central station and it takes about 8-10 minutes.

Cristianos apartment is in an excellent location, in the heart of the city but still quiet and peaceful at night. Cristianos communication before and during the stay was very clear and helpful. He answered all our questions, provided great tips about good restaurants and points of interest. It was clear he genuinely enjoyed giving us a good Bologna experience. We would stay here again!

Best of all is Cristiano, the host, who helped us before and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for him in helping us to enjoy our stay in Bologna. Perfect location in the centre of Bologna, but in a quiet residential block just off the main street. The on suite room is tastefully furnished, spotless and has everything you could need including great air conditioning . Cristiano went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We highly recommend staying here for your visit to Bologna.

I wondered how it could have a perfect 10 valuation and now I know and I am glad to add to it: the room is perfectly located, tasteful, quiet, clean, perfect for a couple, and Cristiano is extraordinarily helpful, generous with his time and advices, and has answers to every question or need we we had. I cannot stress enough how perfectly located this property is for a visit to Bologna. It is right in the heart of the old city in a beautiful historic building where you step straight out in to the famous porticos with only the shortest of walks to everything you would wish to see. The room was beautifully clean and well appointed and the lovely and most gracious host Christiano could not have been more helpful with useful advice and suggestions as to what to do/see and where to eat. We definitely want to visit this wonderful city again and would certainly stay at this property again. We cannot recommend it enough. Thank you Christiano!

The place is very neat and clean with through attention to details .The location is perfect in the heart of The center. The host was courteous and thoughtful, he was very generous to keep our luggage after checkout and even to help us with our commute to the train station. I highly recommend this wonderful place
