The service is amazing. The food is being served in a 'restaurant style' fashion where you have a specific menu for each meal and you can order whatever you want from it, with a salad buffet that you can take whatever you want from it. most of the meals were really good, some dishes were mediocre, but that's fine, you can just ask for something else. The rooms are very nice, personally I think they are a bit small (especially for these prices) but very comfy and clean. other facilities like pool, beach and bars were all very good, enjoyed it all! Keep in mind, the main attraction is definitely the beach, there's not much to do in the other pools, they were pretty boring and small.

The only thing I actually didn't like and thought was very uncomfortable was the parking. You pay 20 BGN per night for parking. If it is paid parking, the hotel should have a valet service, and take care of this for the guests. instead of valet, you need to follow (driving your car after) a car of the hotel, all the way to a Grifid Hotels parking lot, there you park it and go back to the hotel with the car you followed. the whole thing takes like 15 min, and should be done by the hotel since its paid parking.

First line perfect location in the more quiet part of the resort. Extremely polite and flexible staff. The food at the board restaurants was very good quality.

Got moved to this hotel despite disagreeing with that because this chain has many hotels in the resort and the one we chose - adult only, executive all inclusive did not have enough visitors to open it for the holidays - this was very disappointing as we were expecting a vacation without shouting children running around and we got just the opposite.

It was very well organized, given the special circumstances with the COVID situation. Very good food, plenty of choices. Not crowded, many places to spend your time nicely, including two pools and a private beach. Cocktails and snacks provided at any time, at the pools, lounge bar. A la carte menu with chef specials different each day. Friendly staff offering all the assistance needed and always with a smile and a good word at the ready.

Liked it so much we wanted to prolong our stay for a day or two, but it was not possible because the hotel was closing when we were supposed to be checking out. But this is understandable because the Adults Only status did not bring enough guests for the hotel to have a reason to stay open.

Excelent cleaning and facillities

Too many foreigner boutiques between hotel and the private beach. One of the elevators it was fault during our stay and they didn’t fix it, so the access between room to lobby and viceversa waste to much time

Location was rather good. First tier of hotels at the beach, hotel bars had some decent coffee and cocktails served.

The "premium" a la carte lacks any part of actually being Premium. Staff was so so, some went above and beyond to accomodate, most didn't care too much about your existence. Unless you tipped. Construction quality is poor. Plumbing leaks or lack of plumbing caused leaks in the bathroom. That was met with unimpressive "Okay" and a reiparman jury-rigging the plumbing with whatever was handy. It seems it's a running theme with this hotel, cost cutting and half-arsed attempts everywhere.
