1) Property advertised with a washing machine but there was none. 2) Property located right on a busy road, advert did not state this. 3) Kitchen utensils poor, no oven dishes, oven trays, bread board, bread knife or kitchen scissors, 1 tiny frying pan, small fridge not big enough for our needs and a small freezer compartment at top of fridge we could not fit everything into. 4) No working light in entrance hall.

Location was quiet and cleanliness

Could have done with more kitchen equipment there was no oven trays to use the oven! Most places provide. Also just basics like tea an coffee milk would have been nice! Also only local shops no supermarkets nearby.

The house is very comfortable

good location, suited us as we were close to the family we were visiting. parking was easy just round the corner.

very cold in the house, not listed for a group of 8 but definitely more suited to a couple of people staying due to the living room space - one sofa and then lots of uncomfortable chairs. picture of a hot tub but no hot tub. bathed our 2 year old in the evening of our first night and when we emptied, water started coming through the living room ceiling. from the water marks and looking at the wall - that wasn’t the first time.

Located close to the beach, shops and walkable / short drive to town as well as easy access to the beach. Free parking round the corner. Great sized rooms and lovely family bathroom, plus downstairs toilet and shower in one of the bedrooms.

No response to my messages during the stay asking for help to control the heating - we had periods where it wouldn’t come on. Hot tub pictures is unusable - and clearly has been, and will be for some time. Main road is noisy.

Location was ok although we thought it was closer to the town centre

The property was absolutely filthy, I did mention this to the handy man who came to fix a shower we we had to report. He told me to take photos and report it.
