The blinds in the room are broken so it stays light during the night. I was locked up in the bathroom for 1 houir because the lock did not open from the inside. Somebody had to come to open it with a screwdriver from the outside.

The room was nicely furnished and modern. lots of space.

The plumbing apparently requires a pump to lift the black water. The neighboring room’s pump was incredibly loud in our room and was used many times in the night, waking us each time.

Comfortable bed, very clean building and nice smell, good quality linen, very close to the city center. Lots of towels, minibar, blinds on the windows so all in all it is very similar to the service you get at a hotel

The cleaning service did a great job with the bathroom, very thorough and towels changed often however they could also vacuum the room as it seems they forgot or they are instructed to only clean the bathroom

Ruined trip! The worst hotel I have ever stayed in! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! If something broke in your room (like mine), I couldn’t go to the shower and even to the toilet in my room! Instead of solving the problem, you will be evicted from the hotel with the POLICE! At 9 pm I came very tired to the room, I wanted to take a shower and go to bed, a lot of things were planned for the next day. Instead of rest, I got stress! Sewage water flowed from the shower, I hardly got through to the Reception, they said wait for the morning, but after 2 hours it was flood ... I couldn’t even go to the toilet! Instead of resting, I was pumping stinky sewer water! In a panic, I called a million times and only at 12 at night they came to change my number. And at 9 am I was awakened and told to leave the hotel, as there are no more rooms, but I paid for 2 nights! I was not going to change the hotel for one day, because there was no time, they called the police and we sorted it out until 12 noon

.I was delighted with the spotless and comfortable accommodation. Michael a was a superb host willing to help, offer information and ensure there was nothing I needed. The breakfast was pleasant and sufficient and the location good. Overall a wonderful stay and great value. Highly recommended.
