charged me for two nights and only stayed one-spoke with the front desk clerk and have sent multiple emails eith no follow up or refund

we reserved a standard 2 queen bed suite because my sister is handicapped. we got there to a one bed king room. the accomodations were horrible and my sister was not comfortable. we left

we could not get the room we paid for because they were booked

The property was perfectly located for the places we were wanting to go. It was clean, comfortable and modern.

When I booked our room I booked a queen suite because we needed the sofa sleeper because we were traveling with our 20 and 18 year olds who will not share a bed. The first room was 2 queen beds, no sofa sleeper. The second room we got was a King and a sofa sleeper, still wouldn’t work for our needs. After waiting about 40 minutes it was finally rectified and we got the type of room we booked. While this didn’t ruin our trip or our opinion of the property, it was irritating.

the gentleman working downstairs (not at lobby but the one cleaning) was joking constantly with the ladies serving breakfast about residents to the point customers were asking what is so funny… humor in general in this facility was not funny and used the wrong way by multiple staff members.

The rooms were nice! Beds were clean & comfortable!

The key making machine was down! We didn’t get a room key for our weekend stay!

Pancake machine broken. Disappointing Everything else was ok

The Hotel Staff was friendly. I didn't like the fact that this hotel didn't have a free breakfast.

It would have been better if they would have has free breakfast.

Comfy beds and good location. The place was fairly new and not run down

I froze all night due to constant air blowing out of the ac unit. When the could were hot it would blow hot air otherwise is blew cold air.

Room was very clean, Location directly off the freeway, and Staff serving breakfast were nice and food was hot and fresh.

Staff at front desk were not very friendly at any point, and the guy on staff in the morning made my check out process somewhat difficult. He asked if I needed a receipt (which I did need a physical copy for reimbursement purposes), yet refused to print one because I booked through Booking.com. I've never run into a policy like that at any hotel (even other Holiday Inns). It's a simple request that he refused to fulfill or help with at all.

Room is spacious, new and clean. Breakfast is also good.

There are stains on some of the towels. I’m sure they are cleaned and sanitized as any holiday inn would do. But it surely doesn’t look good.
