Location is nice, rooms are well maintained and timely cleaned. Staff is very professional and kind. Best part is the breakfast.

If you are from indian subcontinent, food in lunch and dinner is not upto the taste especially vegetarian food.

The beds were comfy and the location of the hotel was excellent.

The staff seemed to lack motivation. Multiple guests, including myself, waited at the front desk while employees frequently engaged in conversations in the back room. Despite the conditions on Booking.com indicating the option to add an extra bed for children (aged 9 years), I was required to upgrade my room. Furthermore, the pool was not accessible, and we were not informed of this in advance.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hotel is very tastefully decorated. The breakfast in the morning is copious and delicious!

The shower in the bathroom was faulty and could use fixing. There was no hair conditionner or moisturiser in the bathroom, which I would expect of a 4 star hotel.

parking restrictions

We could take our cat, so it was great. The breakfast was good, however it would be great to have a choice of fresh vegetables.

it’s close to the bus stop, ski renting shop, restaurants, etc. Excellent location

the rooms were not very clean, we had to ask to change the towels, clean the glasses, and the beds were not very well made.

The hotel is very clean and the food in the main restaurant is delicious. The staff is warm and welcoming.

We arrived, there was no booking, even with the confirmation number of BOOKING.COM there could not retrieve my booking. The internet was down, and even the key for the rooms did not work due to the malfunctioning of the internet. The hotel only had two single beds, the BOOKING was made for a king size double bed. We visited 4 rooms and finally staff had to leave since it was midnight, and then one had to run over to another hotel nearby to use the internet to fix the keys. Then somehow the internet came through at night, but was charged two times for the same night.

Incredibly good location! We had a very spacious room with a beautiful view, modern design and a king size bed. All the staff were very friendly and professional. There is a bar in the lobby with a good selection of drinks and delicious food. The hotel is wonderful! The nearest ski lift is very close: you can get from the bus stop Hotels or walk 5 minutes

Parking arrangement is poor, despite paying the daily fee and using the hotel sign, a fine was issued by the local police. Some hotel amenities like pool and spa/well being are outdated and the water temperature was cold. No frigo or any utensils in the room

The location, really central.

We could see that some renovation works were done in the hotel but our room looked like unfinished (sticky paper on the balcony, loose cable) and the bathroom was not big and has not been renewed. We had a room nearby the elevator and below the stairs so we could hear the sounds of all the people going up and down resonating. Staff at breakfast is really not professional (maybe 1 out of 5 knows what he/she's doing), we attended breakfast nearly an hour before it's closing time and there was no more eggs and nearly nothing warm left, no refill was done.

new rooms are great with big TV and the brad are good! the new design , the réception , breakfast and restaurants are really goo! Also the staff are very nice & helpful! gréât pool and spa area with 2 new sauna

maybe the pillow could be better…

Very good selection of food available. Felt rushed to finish by end of stay with plates taken before I’d finished eating. Lovely smiley staff just too eager to clear away.

My second room key was taken from my room, reported at reception but didn’t seem concerned that this was a security issue I.e that unknown person then had access to my room.
