جمييل وهادئ ومريح للنفس ملاصق لفندق wb يتشاركوا نفس صالات الطعام ونفس المسابح اعطوني غرفه في نفس دور الريسبشن جميله وشرحه وفيها بلكونه كبيره فيها جلسه الحمام جداً جداً نظيف ويحتوي على الاحتياجات الضروريه موظفين الريسيبش غايه في الادب والذوق اخلاقهم وتعاملهم رهيب

The apartment was nice

It said on the app “Private Beach” which wasn’t there. Since there was no beach, I asked them for an early check out by a day, which the hotel refused. They said booking.com won’t allow it and I received a reply from booking.com that the hotel won’t allow it. I asked them to refund one night as my one whole day was wasted as there was no “Private Beach”. The hotel didn’t even provide a shuttle to the Yas Public beach. Secondly, it is not a 4 star hotel. 4 star hotels usually have at least two restaurants. This one only has one tiny restaurant. Also there is no proper lobby. For everything they say go to our sister hotel next door, Warner Bros Hotel. Why not call this hotel WB Hotel? I would still like my one day refund as I asked them for an early check out well in advance.

The place was spacious and super clean. Tried the room service and it was delicious. The staff was more than helpful in setting the sofa bed as well as the meaning when needed. Having an access to WB's pool was a great enjoyment as well an experience my kids will remember for years to come. It is spacious, clean, safe, and enjoyable in many ways.

It was a surprise not to include a microwave in the kitchen. We missed fresh popcorn when watching a movie.

The size of the room increases the value for money significantly. Great location if you plan doing something in Yas Island

المرحاض صغير و غير مريح بالنسبة لي كنت ارجو لو كان اكبر حتى يكون الجلوس عليه اسهل و اكثر راحة

The facility was being renovated and we were given a room with a view of renovations. It was noisy too

The high quality of the service and the hotel environment was top, top quality. Just what I needed.

Later check out times are something customers would appreciate. It was a touch expensive.

Of the Doubletree Hilton standard. Staff well trained and with warmth welcoming guest experience oriented. Good location and facilities within Yas Island. Spacious and suitable for longer stay of 3 to 5 days. The cafe Taste & Time serve variety pastry, beverage and excellent service staff.

The lobby drop off not sheltered and not prepare for heavy rain storm. Other than the one only cafe at the ground floor, should have at least one more choice of F&B for comfort food especially when guest got stranded in the property due to heavy storm.

This is my second stay and defiantly not the last.. I still stand by my comments for the first stay: The location has to be the number one benefit as it is just a walking distance from Warner Bros. Theme Park, Water World Theme Park and the Warner Bros Curio, by Hilton Hotel. The breakfast is also something to appreciate as you have a lot of options, we tried the room service which was very good, we also tried the restaurant in the hotel ground floor and it was excellent, last we tried our favorite the Sidekicks Restaurant located in the first floor in WB Curio Hotel, which you can access from the 2 floor and it is an amazing experience specialty for kids. The hotel pool is under maintenance, but, access is open to use WB Curio Hotel Pool, which is an amazing experience by its self. The Gym was remarkable with every equipment you might need. So, much to list, you have to try it. Again, tell the next time... :)

We booked two connecting rooms, one room's Air Conditioner was not functioning well, it was not cool and had a unpleasant odor, we had to deal with this for 3 nights until it was fixed.

Extremely helpful staff. Spacious, comfortable and clean room. Kitchen area, with fridge, cooking facilities and washing machine. We asked for an airing rack to dry laundry which was provided promptly. We had an outside seating area too that was private and spacious, with plenty of seating and a dining area. Plenty of room to accommodate the laundry airer. Plenty of drinking water provided every day. Plant-based bio-degradable “plastic” bottles. Room cleaned daily and staff were respectful of our routines. Lovely breakfast area though we only used this on the last day.

When we booked in December we knew the pool was closed for maintenance for the first couple of days of our 11-day stay, but just before we arrived, we were notified it would be closed through to August, so this pool area was unavailable to us throughout our stay. This was disappointing and meant taking taxis to other pools. Hotel is next door to Warner Brothers so ideal for families wanting to visit there.
