Super clean hotel and a highly friendly staff specially Ms. khawala in reception and Yonis. They even did my laundry at a laundry shop out of their hotel and brought me the invoice from that laundromat. I appreciate they being honest and did not overcharge me for doing my laundry such as many hotels. I paid what with the outsider laundromat exactly charged. Ms. Khawala changed the room for me when I express dissatisfaction with my first room on the second floor after my first night being there. Also, Mr. Younis was so helpful, answering all my questions and even took me to Currency exchange office when I needed it!

Le personnel très souriant et qui fait ce qu’il peut avec les moyens du bord.

Discothèque publique dans les sous-sols gérée par le propriétaire des lieux. Nous avons été prévenu uns fois arrivé sur place du bruit possible pour La réception nous signale qu’on peut les appeler si trop de bruit. Nous appelons vers 1 h du matin. Réponse. Cela s’arrêtera à 4h! Petit déjeuner minable. Rien de frais sauf le à œufs sur le plat. Toute la pâtisserie et le pain dataient de la veille ou de plusieurs jours.

BE VERY CAREFUL if you are booking this hotel in advance, I book a number of rooms a few months ago and chose pay at property with FREE room cancellation option. The property then took payment in full 5 months before the reservation date, at a later date I had to cancel 2 rooms, I contacted the property a number of times asking for my refund, the refund request was ignored. I then contacted booking.com who said they would contact the property on my behalf for the refund, but still NO refund was received. The day before my reservation the property then CHARGED my credit card again for the remaining rooms. On arrival at the hotel I asked to see the manager. I explained the situation and showed him copies of my credit card statements showing the payments that had been charged by the hotel. The manager agreed that I was due a refund for the over payment and the 2 cancelled rooms, he then said as it was Saturday evening the refund would take 3 working days for the bank to process and refund my card. ANOTHER 14 DAYS HAVE PAST AND STILL NO REFUND !!! I have spoken with booking.com again and emailed them all the relevant information and still waiting for the refund. This hotel is also very noisy from the 2 bars that seem to party all night, also lots of noise from the street out front. Rooms are very shabby and towels in bathrooms are thread bare and full of holes An all together bad experience in a wonderful country

Dont get value for the money. They place 2 small water bottles on the first day and not on any other days so you have to buy it. There was a buffet breakfast on day one but on day 2 there was nothing when i went to the restyrant . On of the staff ask me about tea or coffee and then he brought me breakfast . In the Shower there is no bath tub and if you shower the whole floor get wet , there is a seperation but not enough

i had amazing experience, the hotel has a calm atmosphere and the service was very good in the restaurant besides the stuff of the reception they we're very helpful within the informations of the hotel also about directions of the places to visit as the Old Medina as historical stories of the city, i still want to try the food again it was very delicious

Modern room with quality materials. The personell was friendly and attentive to our needs, helped us book a driver for a short visit to Volubilis.

Breakfast buffet was a disappointment. Unfortunately, none of the bread seemed to be fresh. Given that it is so easy to get hold of freshly baked bread and Moroccan pancakes elsewhere in town, it is surprising that they served bread and pastry that seemed to be a few days old. In addition, there was something wrong with air circulation in the room, so two of us caught cold after the first night there. We decided to turn the A/C off for the second night.

The roof terrace is a nice place to relax in the evening and the hotel is very clean!

There is a nightclub in the hotel, which is open from midnight to four in the morning, it is very noisy and if you need a good night's sleep it is very difficult.

Top end, luxury hotel, Everything as it should be. Parking outside front door for motor bike, excellent breakfasts, good food , short taxi ride into medina.

A latency in getting a sandwich order at the restaurant, very exhausted once arrived after a long trip wanted to get something quick but from the time it took, it looked like that my order was not even submitted and when I went to check on it, they ask it almost ready but I assume that it was order only when I checked on them, didn't like it and asked to cancel and they made wait more time till I asked them to make it as a take out.
