The customer service was great

The comforter had holes in it the restroom Toliet wasn’t flushing properly. When we went to bed to cover ourselves my daughter noticed there was blood on the sheets which caused her to sleep with us.The worst part is we started to feel itchy but we were so tired we went to bed. I wake up at 5:30am to discover we all have bites on us!

It was rundown filthy my room had an orange colored splatter looked like old blood on my bathroom ceiling and halfway down the wall the light fixture didn't work we couldn't watch TV because it was a roku smart TV but wouldn't program because it didn't have a proper remote the one it's supposed to have the floors were dirty as was the bathtub it was also black the ice machine doesn't work so we had to go for a long walk to find a 711 oh and the soda machine was spitting out hot sodas the guy in the office was nice enough and they had an elevator that worked

The dirtyness of the room not having an operative TV and the ice machine 100 degree weather and no working ice machine

They had roaches The beds sheets had stains They charges us 20 for parking They advertised a heated pool but didn’t have a heated pool .

THE GUY WITH SO MUCH RESPECT ATTENDING ME IM WELLING TO KEEP COMING TO THIS HOTEL FOR THE GRATE SERVICE THEY HAVE THEY THE SHII I LOVE THEM THANKS YOU GUYS REALLY APPRECIATE IT

had couple roaches but it was fine i was comfortable and was able to do what i wanted with my beloved wife

Price was fair

Awful smells of smoke cigarettes and Marijuana? No shampoo or anything like coffee machine or any other item that is provided with an average Hotel room. AC/Heater not working, not friendly or safe environment at all, this place is basically a low motel that pretend to be consider a Hotel. My advice go spend couple more dollars and get something comfortable, clean that includes all the amenities you can enjoy including breakfast!
