there was no breakfast, the kitchen was alright. accept there was items missing that we could use. and the pan in the bottom off the stove was rusty!!!
the bed was uncomfortable. no place to put your clothes and pers

The room was large and had everything we needed for our stay. The bedroom was separated from the kitchen and living area.
The rooms were very clean except for the floor.
The people above our room were noisy and ran around the room until after 2 am. The first night.
The floor was filthy. The window was open when we checked in to allow a breeze. Maybe this allowed the floor to get dirty. I believe it just had not been mopped, allowing our feet to get really dirty when walking without socks or shoes.

we couldn’t get the temp to go down, slamming of the doors all through the night the location was a bit weird

it was spacious
pillows were flat. bed was hard and no window treatments to keep light out. the road noise was loud and all night!

it was clean, & pretty new. there’s a place to sit/cook outside if it’s warm enough. warm water to shower. local to stuff.
they didn’t have dish soap or hand paper. there’s a weird light in the air vent in the ceiling in the bathroom. time to check out nobody was around. tried calling the number on the door ten times, had to go find the receptionist.

The location was perfectly close to stores and the mall. The room was nice and comfortable. The TV was big screen smart tv with Netflix and cable. Minimum noise at night. None knocking on my door disturbing me for housekeeping even though I stayed there for two nights . It was a nice getaway wish I could stayed longer. This is my hide out from people
The 250 deposit that takes longer to get back it was only me the price should have been less if they wanted a deposit or they should take cash hold it and give it back after checkout if the guest wanted it that way it should have been a choice cash or on ur debit or credit card.

The room was very clean, functional, and well located. The courtyard was very nice, especially for a longer stay. I would definitely stay again.
Our door in room 222 had to be lifted to latch, otherwise you could just push it to get in. Trash bins by the elevators needed to be emptied. They were running over all weekend.

Loved the space (kitchen and living room)!
The key card didn't work for one of the main outside doors and there was not enough coffee, creamer, and sugar in the room. It would have been good to have paper towels in the room too.

We never encountered anyone at the front desk. No one there for check out and the desk is not open 24 hours.

The manager did a excellent job when I had a problem with my room. Because of her great customer service I continued to use StayAPT for the entire month I was in the Irmo/Columbia area for work.
The only negative about the hotel is if you get a room on the Interstate 26 side it is pretty noisy at night due to the big rigs running up and down the Interstate.

The property looked exactly like the pictures and it was really nice.
There was an issue with the WiFi and there were food crumbs on the floor and chair upon arriving.
