Excellent Breakfast

Elevators are broken. And by appearances no real sense of urgency to fix them. I found that to be kind of odd. I’m physically challenged due to several surgeries on my hip femur and knee. Climbing stairs is an inconvenience for a healthy person but for a person with limited mobility it is a complete drudgery.

The elevators were broken and the room type we needed was on the 4th floor so that was a little annoying.

Indoor pool was great! The staff was professional and helpful.

The elevators were not working for all of the stay. We are getting older and climbing the stairs was difficult.

I loved the spa tub, and the hotel is in a great area. Oh, and also, the environment was nice.

The only thing I didn't like was that the spa tub was still a little dirty, so I had to clean it out before we could get in it.

Location and cleanness of the hotel and the breakfast.

Location is very close to many restaurants. The lobby is nicely decorated with ample seating but not kept clean especially during breakfast hours. The coffee station and trash can were a mess and the fact that there were two hostess at the bar sitting and chatting without a care in the world made me question the cleanliness of the breakfast items being served. We passed on the not free continental breakfast. The indoor pool was clean and nice with very tiny pool towels available in abundance. According to my hubby and kids they had a nice small gym right next to the pool.

Cleanliness, service of front desk and hostess at breakfast bar, room for $250 a night with very aged furnishings, a bathroom that desperately needs remodeling, the bed was super hard and there were not enough blankets to keep us warm and no extras in the closet. The worst was the shower pressure and shower head. There was lots of pressure coming out into the tub but the shower head was a trickle. We stayed in room 524.
