Location was great and close to all outings
Didn't have a microwave in the whole building

Wonderful staff just so nice. We were in a bad car accident just outside the area and needed something quickly and close by. I was surprised to see just how nice it was, how clean and how pleasant the staff were. I'm so grateful and will stay again at other Hyatts.

Comfortable rooms, GREAT sleep
Breakfast could’ve definitely been better . And the pool should’ve been open . It’s time for the pool, maintenance should’ve been done already.

The location
The hotel was dirty! We requested service to clean our room (before 10am) and when we returned late evening it was not cleaned - this has happened for the second time! Tameka was the only staff member that was nice and apologetic. And the rest of the staff continued to remind me that we booked 3rd party! They treated me like a 3rd class citizen. Is that how Hyatt treats customers who book with booking.com? Do not plan to stay there again!

Looking out the windows you can see trash and they were renovating, which is fine but we weren’t told and it was just a mess everywhere.

Clean, great staff. Comfortable room with plenty of seating. Great shower. Just a wonderful opportunity to rest comfortably after a l9ng drive.
We really didn't have any needs that weren't met.it was fantastic!

I liked the Customer Service which was excellent
This place has gone down considerably since I was last in the area. The floors are filthy in all areas the faucet was broken in my room and the door was also broken and unsafe

The staff were excellent! Very courteous and all asked if there was anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. We had a problem with the bathroom and the staff took care of it right away. Even when we were leaving everyone asked how our stay had been.
The building itself was old. That is the only thing that wasn’t excellent.

I love the fruit water that is in the entryway. the staff was very professional. easy process.
I did not like that the bar was closed and also the rooms are little dated

This was a very nice hotel. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast area was clean and full!

It was ok. Eggs tasted fake and they had the hardest french toast I ever toasted.
When there was a power outage due, no one from staff told us anything. We had to ask other guests. Later the manager did answer our questions only when we asked.

Breakfast is not enough options. The bath top was not working and the telephone is not working either

The hotel check in was quick and easy. In addition, the suite was well lit and comfortable; I was pleasantly surprised and will stay here in the future. The price was exceptional as well. Thank you for a great stay.
There wasn't anything that I did not like. I could recommend more seating for breakfast. However, I think that the set up was great. In addition, fresh breakfast items were put out frequently for guests.
