The location is perfect and we were very comfortable. The owners in the tea shop below were very nice. We'll definitely return on our next visit.
The 10 am checkout time was quite inconvenient for us.

It was such a unique experience to be staying right in the centre of the medieval city! The apartment was clean, comfortable and had nice views. Lesa was a great host and very kindly gave us a lift to the station at the end of our stay!
The wifi was patchy but this wasn’t important as we spent most of the stay exploring the medieval city!

Great location, inside the castle, next to shops, restaurants and the museum part of the castle. Good size room with air conditioning, has a kitchenette (and a wine bottle opener! :D), nice view from the windows, bathroom is clean.
Good do with a soap in the shower - there was a liquid soap on the sink though. Swapping the sofa-bed for a double bed might be a good idea to improve the level of comfort.

What an excellent location! The apartment was beautiful and well furnished and the manager went above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful!
It would be nice to have a tower fan to get a breeze going. The air conditioning worked well, but we would have used it less if there had been a fan to use as well.

Lesa met us at the entrance to the city and was extremely helpful in getting us settled
We were upgraded to a bigger apartment due to some technical issues.
Position was absolutely perfect.
Free parking, but a walk of about 400m to the apartment.
We were unable to drive to the apartment.
This was a change from our last visit to the city.
We had to drag our. suitcases a fair distance but Lesa was very helpful here.

Great host. Nice clean property in middle of Old Town
Loud noises coming from Haunted Hiuse on other side of square during the day.

Great location in the center of town. Many thanks to Lesa who manages the property. She emailed a message that she would be able to pick us up at the train station. The apartment is clean, nicely furnished and has great views of an old city square with a well . A great place to experience the medieval city. Staying inside the city walls is amazing Many thanks to Lesa who helped us get to the bus stop.

Fantastic location. So nice to be right in the centre of medieval Carcassonne. The double windows mean it’s not too noisy - we were there off-season but construction work was going on opposite and it wasn’t overly loud. Lovely apartment, furnished well and with quality.
Host is very nice and obliging.
Highly recommend.
Apparently the sofa bed is quite squeaky but that’s pretty small in the context of how nice everything else is.

Great location in the heart of the Cite. Staff were great helping us navigate our way into the Cite. They went above & beyond showing us where to park. We were in the large apartment which was freshly painted. Great to have the use of kitchen and living room!
We had a little difficulty figuring out where to park the car and the Pech Mary staff were very helpful once we had contacted them.

Perfect. We booked 2 apartments. So comfortable. Great beds. Great bedding. Brilliant location. It felt like home!
