Lots of room! Quiet, nice big TVs
I was staying there for 3 days while working at NASA on site. Easy drive to work.
Elevators are good. Staff went out of their way to help me as they closed before I could make it to front desk.
The pics make the furnishings look more substantial than they are; it felt like an old apartment complex with fresh paint and redesign that will fall apart within a short period of time… kind of like military billeting for senior NCOs/CGOs but design is more modern looking over older structure. There was a slightly strange chemical smell in the room that I couldn’t place… not enough to make me leave.
Biggest concern was location when I arrived at night, but it looked much safer during the day.
Wish there was a 24/7 front desk.Not a fan of the town Weber that it’s in, but others may be fine with it.

Nice appartment with anything one needs for a longer stay. The exact location in the area does not really matter, as a car is anyway needed to get arround. But there are some restaurants in walking distance and the barbeque area in the center of the hotel is perfect to sit an evening. I have been there before and would book here again.

The staff!! best staff ever! Tofi and Sky, honestly, are the best persons we’ve ever met, they helped us a lot, we will never forget their kindness and sensitivity. We thank you a lot!
The room was clean, spacious and modern, kitchen included almost all kitchen accessories. Also, we liked the wi-fi connection, it was fast. Convenient parking. Convenient location, a lot of stores and shopping malls around there.

Missing basic cleaning stuff on the kitchen like hand cleaning stuff and kitchen roll, which is a nice to have when arriving and wanting to be like at home

i absolutely loved my stay! The room is exactly like the pictures, staff was amazing, i was able to tour the facility prior to staying, it was quiet and like living in an apartment versus a hotel. My stay was great!

Everything is new and looks very clean. Bathroom was really good. Amenities were really good.
Bedbugs. we didn't realize in the beginning and thought there were mosquitos but we noticed bedbugs on our luggage. Floor was not really clean and feels sticky.

It was the perfect double queen size for me and my family. They really made it easy for us to feel like home away from home and having the kitchen is extra bound to cook some favorite meals whenever and whatever we want. This is our go to place to stay now and look forward to our next stay.

The clean and new apartment like feel of the room. The friendly staff, the fresh interior decor and the enclosed outdoor landing that kept out the traffic noise was wonderful.
However, that's where the comfort ends. Due to rowdy next door neighbors, rambunctious children running a muck and people behaving like they were on spring break with loud music and conversations through thin walls that didn't end after the clock ticked past the beginning of quiet hour. As a person on a business trip, having to get up early the next day for work, the constant disturbance in my sleep routine was not something I expected for this expensive accommodation. I will not be returning to this location in Webster Texas.

We enjoyed our stay here because it was like a mini apartment. we had living room, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom that was separate from the rest. The pictures are true. We used the laundry facilities and it was awesome. you download an app and use a card no scurrying around for change. The courtyard was beautiful and everything sparkled.
not sure there was anything we didn’t like about staying here.

I would recommend collecting used bath towels and emptying garbage cans more often. Otherwise it was a good value
