The restroom smelled like sewer and breakfast was cold

The location, price and comfort of the rooms and the secure parking.
Access to the computer and printer. It wasn't working enough for me to print a one page document.

Breakfast was very good. Nice selection to pick from on the buffet.
Laundry accommodations were not up to par. There was only two washers and two dryers. One of the washers was out of order and one of the dryers I used for over 1-1/2 hours and my load still wasn't completely dry.

They had a hot tub and mini store.
It was more expensive than listed on booking.com. The AC unit couldn’t keep up with the heat outside and finally got cool in the room around 11pm.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. It was the best service I have ever had. The breakfast had a good selection and again the staff was exceptional.
I cannot think of a thing that needs improvement. Thank you for making our visit to Houston so pleasant.

everything was nice in a great location…
the venting machine did not work properly or will not take cash. Plus the breakfast price is to high to only serve eggs, bacon and bread. which I do not eat.

Room wasn't clean dirty socks table about to fall apart and couldn't use the microwave cause the plate wasn't the right one which isn't ok w 2 kid. Staff unprofessional and was just there for the check.

The bed was very hard for my taste. The pillows were extremely soft that they were flat for my taste. Our room was giving away to someone else, and the front desk did not know. We walked in on someone in our room. When they changed our room, we were downgraded.

The Hotel and room looked nice. Location was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful.
I could hear the upstairs guest walking around and when they took a shower I could hear that too. You could not ignore it. It was loud. The hallway floor had soft spots. One elevator had a sign "out of order".

staff helped us get to 5th floor by service elevator as main one was being repaired.
Hot water with decent pressure in shower.
Location was great, everything was nearby including all sorts of restaurants, the space center and the concert venue we went to (scout bar)

Kids were running throughout the hall late at night, the elevators didn't work properly and when we checked out I had to walk down 5 flights of stairs...I have asthma.
