Tenía poca expectativas porque necesitaba algo urgente y económico y me sorprendió positivamente.

Estaba todo limpio, sin embargo había un olor entre húmedo, encerrado pero también a desinfectante, dormimos con la ventana abierta.

Nada me gustó, es una pocilga!! Hasta no tenía ventana en el baño y de reemplazo le pusieron una bolsa de plástico mal puesta.

Todo estaba mal, la llave de la habitación ni siquiera abría, casi nos quedamos encerrados, las camas eran un asco, los colchones vencidos y las sábanas sucias, la tv no funcionaba, se escuchan todos los ruidos de las habitaciones continuas y de las peleas de la calle (es pésimo sector). No tiene nada de hotel supuestamente boutique, más bien parece motel de mala muerte...

La ubicación me gustó muchísimo, está cerca de muchos lugares turísticos. El espacio, la cama el baño privado, se puede cocinar libremente, el espacio es cómodo y una bonita vista al cerro San Cristóbal. Muy lindo.

No me gustó el baño, deberían de averiguar por qué se tapa mucho, ni el sopapo funcionó cuando lo necesitábamos, tristemente muy mala experiencia con respecto a eso. Mejorar la calidad de la ducha, el agua estaba tibia así que no me quejo solo si se paga por un buen servicio y calidad y ganan cantidad de dinero les sugiero cambiar el modelo del monomando de ducha, además sus puertas costaban en cerrarse. Y el lavamanos también muy oxidado.

La cocina muy bien equipada y excelente atención

Muy lindos los espacios comunes del hotel, la habitación tiene lo necesario para estar cómodo, muy tranquilo y cálido el espacio.

Tuve complicaciones con la televisión pero después de mucho intentar pude utilizarla

- No privacy in the bathroom (the main door to the bathrooms doesn't lock, you have to put a heavy log to kind of block the door because the showers doors don't lock and have no curtains. Also the bathroom doesn't have a curtain to the window facing the street outside) - Internet doesn't work at all - kitchen wasn't clean - Staff forgot to make us pay the taxes the first time we paid so 2 days later we had to do another transaction (pay international fees again) .

Great location and very good value for money.

The  nice thing is definitiv the great terrasse with sunset views and the close location to the City Center, Bars, different subway lines and the cerro cristobal. The shower is hot and good pressure and the toilettes were always clean.

For that price it is ok that some things are a bit run down and broken, like lights and the door handle... but the really weird thing is that the staff doesn't care about things, sleep in the commune room while you want to have breakfast, someone ate our prepared sandwiches from the fridge and neither one helped us nor gave us our privacy when we had food poisoning that we maybe got from the tons of raw meat lying around in the shared kitchen we used

The staff was nice and the hotel was simple but sweet. You can use the kitchen and the roof top is great for the sunsets. It had a calm atmosphere which I liked. Also it was easy to get around from here, cafes, restaurant and little markets around.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all and this was an issue for me. But they offered me free Wi-Fi in one of their hostels which was very nice(!) but was very complicated for me to organise my travels and my work. I booked the junior suite because of the balcony. What I got was not a balcony, only a little space outside without a chair and with a view against another wall.

The host spoke good English. Balcony had nice views and was a great place to stay. Interior design and atmosphere of the hotel were pleasant.

Wifi didn't work. The gates were locked and the only way to get in was to wait until someone reacts to whatsapp message.

Good position close to the nice Bellavista area and good interior design of the hotel.

The room and bathroom were extremely dirty, terrible windows that let all the noise from outside in. During the night the street was very busy with people getting out from bars/night clubs. No Internet available.

We get completely different room than it was written. It was really tiny with 1m² balcony instead of terrace. Check in through video call was very inconvenient cos the mic wasn't working and it was really hard to communicate with it.

The location is just right behind the bus terminal. It’s easy to catch the early bus. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Beds and sheets should of been replaced years ago. there was no desk clerk just a video screen with someone who tried to register us but our credit cards wouldn't work

The host (uncle) is very friendly and helpful. Our room had a small balcony. The terrace was amazing. There were plenty of refrigerators and a common toilet apart from the private bathroom. The location is amazing, right at the heart of Bellavista. Clubs and bars are only 3-5 minutes away from the hostel. Subway station is a 10-minute walk. Plaza de armas is a 25-minute walk. It's also very secure. We'd stay there again.

The bed wasn't comfortable. The mattress was too soft and thin. The balcony door locks didn't work but the place felt quite secure anyway.

It was cheap and well located

It seemed dirty and old. Blankets seemed dirty.

For the price it's a fantastic hotel.

Amazing place! Beautiful facilities, very clean and well taken care of. My room even had a balcony with a view of San Cristóbal.

The cable TV was not working, but there was still Netflix, so not a huge problem.

The decoration of the place was nice, I liked the common areas the kitchen is well equiped.you can comfortably eat on the desk, the room has a private bathroom it was very clean you can meet international travelers her and share cultures. There areva lot of books in the living room aswell and there are alot of mini markets near and a lot of street art (murals and graffitti).

Unfortunately I wasn't lucky with the staff, the girl wasn't there to receive me or worst she didn't took me to my room she just said when she arrived that I have to go to my room and she didn't helped me with the baggage which was unpolite in my point of view, she also didn't gave me the wifi password or explained me that we can use the kitchen and details like that etc....those things didn't met my expectations at all, hope next time to be lucky.??
