Super vriendelijk personeel.
Airco werkte niet naar behoren. Het was constant 23 graden op de kamer. Je kon de temperatuur niet lager zetten.

Airco werkte slecht en het ontbijt was niet erg uitgebreid en dat verwacht je wel een luxe hotel.

Stort, rent og moderne værelse god morgenmad. Poolområde dejligt, gode parkeringsmuligheder.
Stedet ligger lige ud til en ret befærdet vej. Anlægget virker dødt. Restauranten aldrig åben om aftenen, kun til morgenmad.
Der bliver ikke givet ved dørene, selv en flaske vand på værelserne beregnes, 3 EUR for ingenting. Stedet er ikke gæstfrit og den frokost vi fik var bare dyr og ikke specielt god i forhold til, hvad vi ellers oplevede på de hoteller vi boede.

Struttura immersa nel verde, ben curata e pulita. La camera era piccola ma funzionale e con un bel balcone. Il bagno molto ampio con doccia e finestrella caratteristica. Ottima la cena e l’accoglienza di tutto lo staff. Piacevole la pausa pomeridiana con tisana e pasticcini in camera. Rilassante la Spa. Nella sala comune il calore del camino acceso e le luci dello splendido albero hanno riscaldato la serata. Colazione con prodotti di qualità ( inserirei scelta di salato -affettati e formaggi) e il servizio top del maitre.

Tutto il personale della struttura vale il viaggio in questo posto dove il relax e il buon cibo garantiscono un soggiorno all'altezza delle aspettative.

Room and bathroom were quite spacious and felt very clean! Staff was also super nice and kind. The hotel is located ~15-20min from Perugia and 25-30 min from Assisi, so a nice option if you’re planning to visit the main cities in Umbria.
We felt Breakfast could be better (it’s not bad, but it just felt way too simple/basic for the overall price paid). The restaurant (Flora) is good and with friendly service - they have another restaurant but it’s not open during low season (my understanding at least). Just bear in mind that I guess even the Flora restaurant is not open every day - perhaps worth checking it if you’re planning to stay in a hotel with a restaurant always open

La logistica.
La pulizia : gli specchi in camera e nei servizi presentavano le classiche “ditate” e dei capelli erano visibili sul pavimento del bagno . Una volta manifestato l’inconveniente alla reception, hanno provveduto ad una pulizia straordinaria, purtroppo non sufficiente. Al momento del conto nessuno sconto è stato applicato al conto. Non tornerò, peccato.

We could hear the cars passing by, was it the high way? As a place to relax and for its price, it needs to work on more in details. Breakfast was like a business hotel. The open kitchen was better not to be seen. The room was dark.

Beautiful setting. Relaxing environment with a lovely pool and surroundings. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was a great size and the bed was comfortable. Handy position for Perugia.

Not much attention from staff - if around pool no one offering drinks, no on manning the bar in evening so no atmosphere.

THE ROOM WAS VERY GOOD
NO SERVICES AND VERY LITTLE HELP FROM THE STAFF, NO POSSIBILITIES OF EATING NEAR BY SINCE ALL RESTAURANTS IN THE VICINITIES WERE CLOSED FOR THE THREE DAYS OF OUR STAY

The staff were incredibly helpful throughout the stay and went above and beyond. Delivered a lovely cheese platter to the room after the restaurant had closed. Were always super polite and kind as well as helpful with local recommendations.
