We extended our stay at this hotel, such was the high quality on offer. We highly recommend this place. Everything EXCELLENT.

Good price, clean bedroom, laundry service

1) The bathroom had a bad smell and the toilet was leaking water on the bathroom floor 2) TV had zero channels and kept losing internet connection 3) When trying to pay for the room and food, the hotel did not accept an international card so they made my partner walk to an ATM - they did not offer an alternative method or offer a taxi to the ATM 4) A member of staff kept calling our room and once at 6:30am (which woke us up) to tell us that a taxi had arrived even though we specifically told the staff that we required a taxi at 7:30am (not 6:30am)

Spacious and clean rooms and bathroom, Fresh and crispy linens and towels. Delicious food. Easy access. Elegant lobby. Friendly staff. Overall, it was an excellent stay. Highly recommended for a a few days stay.

Restaurant has very limited options; No non-veg items available. Please verify all your food bills and the final bill thoroughly before making payment. They have (inadvertently, I believe) charged us for an extra day's breakfast that we had not availed. When I brought this to their notice, they immediately rectified it with an apology

modern facility with good sized rooms

cancelled our reservation for the stay without informing us. staff were totally unsympathetic.

The wifi connection was fast and the room and bed were brand new.

The room with a balcony and a lake view is a joke -and a total fraud. You just see the lake in the distance from one of the corners of the balcony and the only views you get from your room are the barracks of homeless people that live right under the hotel and that set fires every night to warm up as all the smoke gets up so you cannot even use the balcony… When we arrived for check in the staff couldnt even find our booking… Dogs barking all night long, we couldn’t even sleep. Super expensive top floor restaurant with poor quality food where waiters cant even speak English and that serves Indian dishes only. They charged me more than 400 rupees for a plain cheese sandwich. Avoid.

The hotel was beautiful, modern and comfortable, the staff was helpful, professional and service minded, the manager Mohit was a star and made our stay just perfect.

The breakfast, I like a buffé instead of a la carte. Besides that everything was just as good as it gets.

- Lack of some basics such as kettle, room service, bathroom slippers - One had to ask for every small thing - Cleaning was not done on time - It seemed that the hotel was understaffed to meet the demands of New Year's crowds - Space was quite less - Bit hefty for the space & services
