Location inaccurate no reply from telephone calls I tried to figure their location also the pool was closed all days of my stay this part was disappointing

The pool and jacuzzi tub were excellent!! The grounds were well kept and beautifully maintained.

The ac wasn't working as well as it should be. That was the only flaw with the suite.

Did not get a key code on the day of arrival. Vacasa had a customer service agent who was worthless and offered no help. The second agent I talked to was helpful but at 2:00 am I had already had to book a hotel for the night. Refund request for the first nights stay was denied (having had a legitimate issue on check in and being unable to utilize the unit for that night I found this very poor). Total confusion between Booking.com and Vacasa and very poor customer service. Nothing more frustrating than arriving late after a long drive and not being able to get in and not being able to get any help. The property was just ok, it was a stretch to call it a studio as it was more like a standard hotel room. There are the two beds and one desk chair and that is it. "Cooking" area consists of a microwave and minifridge. I would still stay in the area again but I would book a unit that is not managed by Vacasa.

I had to press the combo in the keypad 2 or 3 times before the door would open. Never opened first time I entered the combo.

location was very good for what we need . the ground was nice landscaped .

the bed wasn’t comfortable for a week stay for us and too cramp of a setting since it set up for 4 persons even we only have 2 . we lost wifi part the week so it’s a little inconvenient.

It was ok, not within walking distance of beach !

The location was very nice and close to food and stores. The unit was nice and comfortable and had everything we needed. for a short stay.

The sheets were pilled and needed to be replaced

Very spacious and nicely decorated condo. Super clean and well maintained rooms.
