Location was accessible via ride share Uber lift , close to the airport, not to far from downtown. Communication with the stuff was somewhat confusing , then I called the main phone number regarding late check in time as my clingy happens to be delayed .i was given another number for communication via text messages but no one ever replied to me via that number. Upon arrival I was notified that hotel was overbooked and that because I arrived late 15:30 pm my room was not ready or available for me. I was offered another room in that seems to be another property behind the main property which was fine by me. I was offered a refund for the price difference between the rooms as the one I got was smaller, haven’t reduced the refund yet but hopefully it will go through. So overall check in experience was stressful and confusing but apart from that my stay was satisfactory. Would recommend this property for someone who only needs a room for sleep and quick shower. Solo traveler ideally as the room was pretty small , especially the shower And I am 1.53 female 120 lb for comparison.
My main issue was with confusing communication and check in , the room itself was rather dated but that is minor issues I can totally survive without working tv or lack of Wi-Fi or hangers for clothes , but many people will find it difficult in this day of age.

Did not like a lounge chair in room. Prefer a table to work on and a comfortable chair to sit anc watch TV.
DID NOT LIKE THAT FACT THAT THE HOSE FROM THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS PUT THROUGH THE WINDOW.
I DID NOT FEEL SAFE BECAUSE OF THIS !!!!! CURTAINS WERE TOO SHEER, THE LIGHT CAME RIGHT THROUGH THE WINDOW ALL NIGHT. DID NOT SLEEP WELL THAT NIGHT.
I AM GOING TO CALL THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND AAA BECAUSE THIS FACILITY IS NOT UP TO CODE.
WHEN I LEFT IN THE AM, THERE WAS BROKEN GLASS IN THE BACK PARKING LOT THAT WAS NOT CLEANED UP.
I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN !!!! ALSO THE RECEPTION AREA WAS MANNED BY SOMEONE WHO DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE WAS ON THE PHONE TO GET ANSWERS . THIS MOTEL IS VERY POORLY RUN

The bedrooms were quiet, and the bathrooms were surprisingly clean. They clearly remodeled, and the remodeling was very well-done. Beds were very comfortable.
I was asked to make a $50 security deposit on top of my previous room book in order to check in because I booked through Booking.com. I still have not gotten my deposit back, though. The Internet was also not secured and was set to open, rather than being a secured connection.

the workers were rude I stayed for two weeks I was locked out of my room by there doing 7 times within the span of that week they would wait until I left after refusing room service come into the room and move all of my items around. they stole 6 of my own personal towels. and they are never at the desk and will decline your calls when you call the number. stay here at your own risk.

For me inside the room I stayed was very clean and tidy, you would think I stayed at a 5 star hotel.
I did not like the fact that I could not get through to anyone on the number(s) provided.

Location was convenient for attractions and airport. However I walked out of the place after 10 minutes due to concern of health/safety being compromised by Red Lotus Inn.
Improvements can be made in all areas. Could not find a sign from the main roadway. When we did arrive, it was labelled "suburban motel" not "red lotus inn" After a long day of travelling, we had to wait about 5 minutes to be greeted after ringing bells and calling. Once checked in, we were not impressed with room #11 which had a foul smell, stain on comforter, black sheet set so was difficult to determine cleanliness of them. There was a random door that guests cannot get into, but someone could get into guest from other side. Room #10 key didn't even open door after green light but after not being impressed by first room we did not pursue it. Handed in keys, no refund, and disappointed in booking.com as well as the motel itself. There was no sense of accountability with the management, just blamed everything on past management since they are in between the transition which I am guessing would explain the name change. Decor was not repulsive, but just not my style so I didn't feel like I was at home or relaxed/comfy at all. Do not go here.

When I tried to show him my phone with confirmed reservation and price, he blocked window so he could not see it and mocked me. We left without checking in, and if there are any charges against my credit card I will dispute.

Room could have been cleaner. There was a used wash cloth hanging in the shower.
Could not use the TV since the generic remote couldn’t switch it from HDMI to cable.
Only 1 roll of toilet paper in the room with less than half left on it.
Bed was uncomfortable. I felt like a blow up mattress.

Getting re-roomed after issues with the initial room arose. Honestly, the initial inconvenience and lukewarm reception at best were considerably disappointing and I will not be entertaining any further stays.
Nearly everything. I was charged an extra $25 for an "early check-in" despite communicating over 24 hours in advance of this condition, my first room smelled heavily of smoke, had NO A/C (which is supposedly standard in all rooms - in addition to non-smoking) - This was room #8. The room I was moved to (#11) had a musty odor and towels that stunk of mildew (I didn't notice the mildew until I had the towel to my face)...disgusting. I also noticed that there was no hand soap in the bathroom and a previous guest's washing soap bar left in the shower. The whole experience left me feeling like any input I gave would either be largely ignored or contested.
I am only able to give 3 stars because I was moved to a room with the appropriate "standard" amenities.
