Room 205 was very dirty and old looking, we had to change rooms. It was a little better bit very noisy people outside.

After reading reviews I asked if we could for sure have a renovated room. That helped for sure.

They need a better system for housekeeping that doesn’t just pile up bags of garbage in the hall for hours.

Very quiet that's it

I stayed 3 days. I had to go buy my own towels from Meijer. they never once offered me any during my entire stay.

Smelly and uncomfortable

TV doesn't work, dirty sticky carpet, coffee pot is missing

Housekeeping didn't constantly bother knocking on your door and you're comfortable for the most part. Staff is normally respectful

I don't like the fact that the rooms never look like they're swept or vacuumed or mopped and also the comforter that goes on the bed the white one in between the sheets been dirty the last few times I've stayed. I don't complain cuz normally I bring my own blanket and I cleaned the floor with my own products

front desk staff was really friendly & that’s all that I liked nothing else.

front desk smelled clean when I walked in but once we started walking to the room we started to notice a lot of red flags. the security guard that was just downstairs somehow made up before us and walked right by us in a creepy way. then once we found our room there was a guy standing across not sure if it was a room or a utility room but he stood for a while looking at i don’t know what. now the room…the room stink like old smoke or dirty feet, the room was dusty everywhere , when we went into the bathroom there was old pee sitting in the toilet and poop stains , there was chips on the floor in the room. & last but not least the people next door started arguing at 12am in the hallway. then they started conversing in what I think was a balcony because we heard clear as day super loud. mind you I was there with my husband and 3 month old baby. I felt so bad for my baby I really didn’t want to spend the night there but it was already late and I didn’t want to take my baby out in the cold again. if you looking for something decent for your family this isn’t it. I didn’t check the reviews prior to booking so I’m here to tell you to go somewhere else. we thought this was convenient after a tiring flight since it was so close but no! skip it! look else where.

I loved everything from the rooms to the staff.

Check out was the only thing I don't like that I'm not able to have a later check out
