Loved the pools, hot tub, beach area. The restaurant was delicious!

Very good breakfast, swimming pools, and location on the beach. The property is cute and tropical, and the staff is really nice and friendly.

It would be better if they just took the credit card so you could charge meals to the room. They make you prepay and then cut you off until you go to front desk and put more money on the room.

Excellent location. Our standard room was very good. Bar and restaurant were very good. Overall it was a very good stay.

We loved the location. It has it's own private beach where they provide everything you need to enjoy the sun, sand, and water. The staff was phenomenal!!! We received EXCELLENT customer service!! The staff treated us like family. I would like to send a special shout out to Jayda our waitress. She served us the entire time of our stay. She was fantastic, and personally catered to our every need. She even provided my partner with an extra chair to rest his swollen leg.❤️‍🩹 It didn't feel like we were in a resort or hotel; It felt like we were with family. With that being said, we are looking forward to our next stay at Coco Lapalm.❤️

I love the location and having a beach in the back.

Staff was extremely rude and argumentative. One waitress was very rude to us and we complained and the kitchen manager Fiona was supposed to take care of us the next day. Fiona was very fake and rude to us. Made me angry but I said nuthing after i had already complained once. The hotel also charged me 2× for my stay and it took them 2 weeks to finally get back to me and say yes we did. The lady in reservation I spoke to didn't refund me for the full amount that they charged me. Said whatever the exchange rate is she will give back. She told me that was not her problem and visa should pay. I was angry and know a refund should be a full refund! I had to fight for my money back and finally the hotel manager I spoke to on my last day took care of it like she said she would a week later. I stayed at 3 other hotels before I came here last before I went home and seriously these guys ruined my entire trip. This place is a scam. Continental Breakfast that is included is only pastries fruit and coffee or juice. You have to pay separate for eggs and anything thing else you want to add. It's very pricey and first place I stayed at in Jamaica where you didnt actually get a proper breakfast when it says breakfast included. Everything about this place was very disappointing. With the right attitude of staff this could have changed my review 100%

Lighting in the room quite dark, but only really in the room at night time for bed. Bathroom vent fan seemed to pull sewer gas up through the shower drain, I suspect no pee trap in the floor drain. Just kept the fan off, so humidity level rose some.

I didn't like the fact that I was downstairs, as I had very noisy upstairs neighbours and also a very noisy next door neighbour. During breakfast on my birthday morning one of the female servers disrespected me and and fiancée, she was extremely rude unprofessional and uncouth. She should not be allowed to serve until she is properly trained on how to address certain situations. She destroyed my entire stay after that...and I don't think I'll be coming back. I've been to this resort before and bragged about it...but..after that, I'll be going elsewhere next time. #313

concept of the continental breakfast and if you want to buy breakfast I think the discount should still apply . breakfast should be the least that could have been included without conditions for the cost of the booking .

Loved the location on the beach! Seemed to be right in the centre and within walking distance to numerous hot spots. Security was always around and let vendors approach but if you said no and they stuck around, they intervened. Loved this. Felt like I was always safe on the property. The pool/hot tub area virtually right outside our door was always clean and super refreshing when not wanting to be on the beach. The managers meet/greet party on Monday night was awesome. We loved everything about our stay at Coco!

Nothing that coco can do, but when off property, the amount of vendors/people asking us to purchase things was definitely overwhelming and some were relentless and wouldn’t take no for an answer.

Staff was friendly. Beach was very nice, I like how close the resort was from the beach. Breakfast was good but would have liked more options (example: eggs)

Internet connection in the room was very poor. I had to be in the reception area to connect to the WIFI. It also feels that currency conversion rate was bit low at the resort.
