The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was exactly where it was said to be and close to were I wanted to be.
There were a couple eight legged friends in the room, with us.

The apartment was very nice, the bed was comfortable (we only used the double one).
The location is also good, close to many good restaurants (we liked the food more at Don Carlo) and only 10 minutes away from the public beach by foot.
The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, definitely the safest and cleanest part of our roadtrip in the DR.
We appreciated the breakfast.
The only thing that we really disliked was the dirty bathroom. I'm pretty sure it was not washed before we came, some parts looked as if they were never cleaned up. I would have easily given a 9 if the bathroom was cleaned up before.

The host was very nice and helpful. It is a specious apartment with kitchen, bedroom and bath. The garden is beautiful and well taken care of. The location is very good as well as the Dominicus beach is nearby and some restaurants and shops.
The facilities were old. There were many mosquitos in the room. You can hear every noise from the street. There was no soap provided. The regular breakfast was cheap sugar candies. As I wouldn't eat it, I received scrambled eggs, but they were not good either. However, the place is not bad and can be recommended, but all the comments saying it is exceptional and so perfect are just misleading.

The owner was waiting in front of the accommodation and explained us everything!
The accommodation has a bedroom with air conditioning and a small kitchen and dining room! Breakfasts are mostly sweet and our children loved them!
There could be limited offer of a cheese/ ham included for a breakfast but othervise we were satisfied!

Good value for money, nice host, close to the public beach. The host could speak English.
The kitchen was not very well equipped. If you plan for a longer stay and cook there all the time, you might be feeling sad about it. There was a chewing gum glued to the lid of the trash bin. Also there was a funny smell in the bedroom, seeminlgy from the aircon

Great location. Safe and quiet, close to restaurants and two little markets, about 5-min walk to Dominicus beach and 30-min walk to Bayahible beach, where you can take on tours to Saona Island. Breakfast was great. Good WiFi and hot water for shower. Last but not least, the host was flexible to our late checkout.
Would be great to have a coffee maker and microwave in the kitchen.

The staff was super friendly and they were flexible with our check in and check out times. We asked for quiet room and oh boy, our stay was perfectly peaceful. Our room was clean and spacious with good AC.
Gua gua stop (to Bayahibe beach and La Romana) and markets are right next to the hotel. We had lovely stay here! Thank you 😊
Breakfast was good, but you have to pay extra for the eggs.

The hosts were really kind, we arrived at 10 pm at the apartment and were able to check in. They also organized a taxi for us from the airport. The room was spacious, clean and had all the equipment we needed including a squeezer for limes. The breakfast was quite big with toast bread, some pastry, jams, eggs on request and fruits. The coffee was also very good.

The whole package. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, the host was delightful and the room was apartment was huge.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly, relaxed, always on the ground to help with advise/answer our questions/fix any issues & was generally very accommodating of our requests. The apartment itself was clean, had everything we needed, while the house also had an inner garden which served as a great rescue from the heat of the day. The house is located in a small village next to the public beach. It felt very safe being outdoors, you had security personnel from the hotels at every corner, while main street had a few small restaurants/cafes/shops +bank & supermarket, which all contributed to a very relaxed enjoyable experience.
