Very nice the place and so comfy room

The hospitality was above reproach. The view from the room was spectacular. The food was bountiful and delicious, and the host even offered to drive us to Brașov, instead of us taking a cab. Will surely return for a longer stay.

Staff was just amazing, friendly, very polite and deffenetly very helpful. They even offered to drive me to the shop in the middle of the evening for some late night necessities . Very clean ,and the deluxe double room was just haven on earth for us 3 ...BTW kids are more then welcome and they will deffently love the swimming pool and all the attractions. 10+
No shop in the vicinity, but as I said, staff more then happy to give you a ride to the shop or buy whatever you need if you ask them polite.

Part of the road is unpaved, so you have to be careful about that.

The friendliness of the hoast and the loction, really nice view and the people working there were always extremely friendly and going above and beyond to accomodate
The pool was a bit cold and it didn't seem entirely clean on the sides.

Location was spectacular, but the staff made the stay one of the best that I have ever been apart of and I travel a lot. Every thing that I needed was provided and with a smile. This hotel is one of the best family run hotels I have ever been to and Ai can’t wait to go back and take other folks with me.

it was very clean, hidden in the woods, with nice pool and view. The staff was amazing, always struggling to provide us a pleasant stay.
The personnel was a bit clumsy. Even though we have ordered the same food 2 evenings in a row, we have received different dishes, leaving us disappointed because it was not clear. Also, the apartment was not fit for 2 couples, even though Booking.com recommended it as such.

I like the staff, they were very kind; and the location.
I didn't like that I paid 28 RON for breakfast, yet the coffee was not included. What kind of place charges the beverages separately when you pay the entire menu? Another thing that I didn t like was that the room was very poor equiped without towels, glasses, toilet paper, soap and shampoo and we had to ask for them at the reception. And when they say the pool is included, read twice, because the pool and the sauna cost an extra 50RON/pers/day.
