How horrible customer service was. And giving me keys to a room were people sleeping

There was no breakfast. I liked the location of the facility.

The hotel is not cleaned well. There was no one on site overnight - we checked out at 7:30 am and still no one on site. A couple's room key failed to function and they were stuck in the lobby all night. We called the number provided and no one answered. Terrible service. I booked and prepaid through booking.com. The property was listed as pet friendly, but there was no disclosure of the non-refundable pet deposit and pet rent that I was charged on arrival. I told the front desk clerk about it, and she just asked if I wanted to go somewhere else. There is dog poop all over the property that is not picked up.

Clean nice room and kitchen and full fridge

The bed was NOT a queen bed it was a full, bed frame would move anytime you get into bed or out of bed no walking space on sides of bed, no towels where provided for kitchen or handwashing only bath towel, no toiletries, also no curtains for the windows whatsoever

It was secure

Beds too high to get in and out of

it’s nice and conveniently close to visit family

the stinking hallways with multiple different ethnic foul smelling food odors mixed with a cleaner & the children acrobat’s in the room above

long term stay ammenities : full fridge/cook stove top/proper kitchen sink/microwave/lots of shelf space/coat hangers for drying stuff good shower pressure/water temp rage

sandwiched between two dog occupied rooms, the dogs barked whenever someone walked by... someone sounded like they were roughhousing with a dog (trying to get it riled up) later in the evening than seemed appropriate and I didnt want to complain, but it was a little annoying/distracting... quiet hours? also generally easy to hear thru the walls

There is nothing I like about this property

I stay at this property for 20 days with my family front Dess ladies were very rude very disrespectful AC did not work in our room asked to be transferred to another room and I also asked for a full refund
