We had a lovely stay and found the host very welcoming and responsive. The house was very clean and comfortable and the tranquil setting was so relaxing, we especially loved the firepit and outdoor spa.

We 6 friends holiday at Amore is a pleasant experience. The house is beautiful. High quality appliances, comfortable bed and internal art deco feels like home. And the swimming spa helped us relax. We saw kangaroos in the back yard in the mornings and evenings. Highly recommend this property.

The house itself is very beautiful and the location was ideal for our weekend. Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy them.

I am disgusted at the unreasonable behaviour of the host, and the dishonesty and intimidation of the neighbour in having a family stay at the property. As 2 mums with 2 daughters, we were not there to have a party but were wanting to be able to safely relax, chat and enjoy our time. Given the stress they caused us, we were happy to leave after 1 night however we are requesting a full refund as we were charged for the entirety of the stay and asked to leave following a complaint by the neighbour at 7.40 at night (music playing on a mobile phone) while in the swim spa. To say this was ridiculous is an understatement.

We absolutely loved our stay. Could not fault anything. So much of thought and effort has been put in this holiday house. Loved the kitchen and fantastic appliances. All basic amenities were provided and beyond to a high standard. We travelled with our 3.5 year old daughter and 3 month old son. My daughter definitely enjoyed the swim spa. The water temperature was set to 36 degrees and we could use daily regardless of the weather. Restaurants in hepburn and daylesford are only few mins drive away. The house is about 15-20mins walk to the main street. We were so lucky to see a bunch of kangaroos in the backyard. They were there most days. Would definitely be coming back again.
