The property was clean and well presented. It was centrally located in walking distance to amenities. Southgate mall is also close. We stayed for we stayed there for 6 nights and were very comfortable. We would stay again. There was good communication and instructions from the property manager.
There were other tenants who were quite noisy but we let the property manager know and they responded promptly and the noise stopped considerably. The sofa bed is on the firm side.

Only thing I didn't like was the $150 fees other than that I have no complaints

location was good. clean and quiet Beds were comfortable. Liked two bathrooms as well as the laundry facilities on site. Lots of soaps and supplies available
TV didn't have all nhl games, golf and other live sports. layout of the house is funky with lots of stairs

i didnt like how thin the walls are that a normal conversation was still too loud after 10pm

location was convenient, property is brand new. room construction was all though out.
bedsheets, pillow covers and comforter was all dirty and we found lot of hair, we tried changing sheets but they were the same too.

Very clean. Very good value and nicely decorated.
I did not love the layout but it was fine. Sofa was not comfortable. Great place if you are just looking for a place to sleep. Great value. But not a good fit if you are looking for a place to hangout as it isn't designed for that. Not suitable for toddlers as you would have to use stairs frequently and they are steep. But overall great value and very clean.

property was nice and clean , amazing value much better than just getting a simple hotel room with a microwave. loved the kitchen.
