It was perfect location for the event we attended at the Roger’s place arena! The staff was very informative to where I could park and telling me about the pedways to get to and from the hotel to our event. We didn’t have to walk outside at midnight. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet.

Parking is an absolute disaster and ridiculously expensive

Wir waren mit einer Eishockeymannschaft im Hotel einquartiert. Da wir uns Hauptsächlich im ICE District aufgehalten haben war das Hotel mit der zentralen Lage ideal. Ausreichend große Zimmer, tolles Schwimmbad mit Hot Tub und Fitnessstudio im 26 Stock. Der Ausblick ist super.

There is no parking. They make you use a parking lot across the street that costs $25 a day. I won’t be staying there again.

Room was clean.

None of the clocks worked and were not set to the proper time. Coffee was cold / creamer was expired. No on site parking. Unfriendly staff when asking for assistance regarding alternate locations to park. I would not recommend.

The room was clean and well appointed. The bed was large and comfy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect to go to a hockey game.

The pillows were pretty bad. Of all the 4 on the bed, I couldn't figure out one that was good. The main amenities and lobby are showing their age. It is very clean and tidy but it could use some updating. Also it would be great if the tv's had streaming options and not just the basic cable but this can be remedied with a laptop if you bring a HDMI.

what didnt go well is the front desk told us where to go park as we booked online and then the security said they were over booked and we had to park across the street outside which if we pay we should be accessible to all amenities

The room was dirty, and they refused to move us. I booked a premium room with a sitting area and the room was just average; not upgraded. they also refused to move us to a new room despite the dirty room, stains on the furniture…

One of the treadmills in the gym was out of service :-(

The location was great due to having multiple entertainment venues for example bars, restaurants, Rogers Place Arena (great during when hockey happens).

Unfortunately, there is an unexpected fee for parking. it would have been nice for our trip that we were informed about it.

Proximity of location to the event I was attending.

I was asked at check in if it was the first time I was staying, to which I replied yes. I was told where to park but nothing about getting into the hotel. I spent 15 mins trying to get into the LMP elevators only to realize that was not the entrance, it would have been so easy to communicate where to look for the lobby entrance. I was told upon check in that no housekeeping services would be provided. No problem, but I expect lower prices.

Great location downtown! Loved that we could walk everywhere thru the pedways so didn’t have to go out in the cold. Great if going to an event at Rogers Place. The pool and hot tub are lovely with nice comfy loungers. Also nice that Chop is right in the hotel for a nice dinner. Staff were very friendly.

Unfortunately the heater in our room didn’t work properly and there was no hot water for almost an entire day of our stay.
