Great location to walk to the sea front and local amenities. Pet friendly so this was a bonus for us. Lovely size bedroom kitchen had all we needed and nice clean and bright bathroom. Parking outside the house. Further 2 bedrooms upstairs which we looked at for when the whole family come good sizes aswel and looks like they now have a double bed instead of a futton.
Only thing that I would say is the main bedroom would if been great for a chest if drawers only small wardrobe I like to unpack my suitcase. The TV could be upgraded to a smart TV built in Netfilx Prime etc easy to use especially for kids for an evening. The last thing there is no decking just so very steep steps down so maybe update the photos for a true reflection.

Lovely house. Plenty of room. Kitchen had everything you needed. Bathroom was good . TV was all ok as was the choice of beds., even dog bowls were available for us:
We had a problem with the heating and cover never get it to stay warm enough. The neighbours had a party on Friday night and walls are quite thin.

We travelled with our mother in law who has poor mobility so having a bedroom and bathroom on one floor was perfect. The property was very clean, street was quiet, and it was a short walk to the park and beach. We took our dog and the surrounding area is extremely dog friendly so no issue to find somewhere to eat with him and areas of the beach are dog friendly all year.
The upstairs ceilings are quite low but we expected this from the pictures and we didn’t find it to be an issue really!

Great location for beach and local shops . Roker Park seafront facilities. Morrisons isn't far . If your a good walker. Aldi is a car drive
On arrival parking was a problem as the streets are narrow with most cars parked on pavement to allow space so was mostly parked on main road at bottom of ritson Street.Luckily I took my Renault kadjar and not my porsche cayenne as I would have struggled. In flat itself the property has damp issues and there is a smell of it. So I purchased air freshners to block out odours. The living room is spacious but has uncomfortable sofa and low to ground plus decorating is poor . Flat could do with a decorators touch. Kitchen has all you need bathroom is fine shower power is good. Was never upstairs as we used downstairs bedroom. Bed was very comfortable.

Where the house was situated, the size was good, clean and good communication with the host.
We used all 3 bedrooms, it would be better if there was a proper bed and mattress in the room upstairs that had a flat/sofa bed, as it wasn't very comfortable you could feel the slats through the mattress.

very comfortable and homely cottage, clean, warm and well stocked. Good beach location and close to competition venue plus Newcastle. Good communication from owner.
