Location. It is more like 15-20 min away from Miami Beach.

Excellent location. Found a beautiful beach nearby. Cozy apartment, very quiet.

The apartment was nicely decorated although the bed was a bit too soft for our liking.
The concierge downstairs didn’t speak English so check in process was tedious. The concierge has to let you in to the parking area every time which is not convenient. The building smells like every resident was smoking weed and the neighbouring apartments were sort of sketchy.

Views ate great.
The parking - getting into the gated garage requires concierge assistance to open - which means stepping out of the car and asking for help.
One can certainly park outside in the open lot (not gated) but we preferred to park in the gated one.

The apartment is beautiful, recently refurbished, and very comfy. It has a fantastic view of the bay. The location is great, close to most attractions and popular areas.
The building is in bad shape but that does not impact the apartment.

The property could have been closer to a beach as the title implies that.

The property manager was amazing! She was very accommodating and I appreciated her prompt response when it came to solving the problem I had. The place was beautiful. I would stay here again.

great apartment with all amenities. On the water with sunset views. nice terrace for coffee in the morning. kitchen is well stocked and nice decor with a lot of light.

East process to check in, host is super responsive and very friendly. Apartment is very nicely furnished with great views over the marina and of the Miami skyline.
The outside of the building is tired and being worked on but that didn't affect my stay. The apartment itself is very nice

The host was amazing. Everything was super clean and tidy. The view is amazing as well. Very easy access and free parking. The pool was beautiful and overlooked the bay. I would stay here again!

The location was a little further from Miami Beach than expected, but it is on the water and exceptional views of the water. The building seemed a little run down, but it is currently undergoing renovations.
