The person-in-charge was friendly and responded promptly. It was a rather comfortable stay for my family. The TV also had channels from Singapore if we wanted to watch something familiar.

A few small problems with the heater being loud, but we worked around that.

I like the service of the owner

The bed is uncomfortable and the check in is a bit troublesome

The wide space and cleanliness, with a mini mart at the ground floor and Lotus's just right behind the apartment. Kitchen is equipped for cooking. Quite close to all major places we wanted to go to, as well, with free parking.

The beds and pillows were a bit too soft or lumpy, but that's personal preference

Location wise was ok. Just 20 mins from city centre. And there was lotus's shopping mall right infront of the apartment which was great! Security guards at the apartment was friendly.

1) would be good if the the PIC, Ms Mei forwarded the check in instructions a night before travelling to JB. She only forwarded me a 4 PAGE INSTRUCTIONS which is a standard copy when I was already driving to JB. 2) air con wasn't working in the hall. Out of service. 3) hook to place the shower head in masterbed room was broken. Point 2 and 3 - not sure why owner can't fix it knowing we were gonna check in. 4) masterbed room had a very low bed which was so difficult for my elderly mother to get up from we had to use the mattress from the bunk bed to put it on top of the bed. Paid more than RM400 for this apartment, not worth it but no choice coz i had to bring my dog.

strategic location

room is small and the water pressure is low. wifi no speed, quite hard to access to parking. not recommended for person that want check in for work purposes

Value for money accommodation. Owner provides electric kettle, fridge, TV and microwave. But kettle breaks down on last day. Microwave cannot use.

I like the cleanliness and the complete kitchen equipment where you can cook. The property is clean and well maintained, and spacious. Overall it is well equiped, we loved our stay there.

The location, not very near the center but the good thing is there is a department store/groceries at the back.:)
