Great location. Spacious apartment.

Mattress waa too soft and sofa was very uncomfortable. Would benefit from having more than one set of keys.

Spacious rooms and comfy beds. Location so close to city centre and secure parking.

Ran out of hot water when everyone showered at the same time.

The location was great, just a short walk to the centre. Loved that the apartment had parking.

Can I suggest that you perhaps put a picture of the key and the fob to distinquish which is used to open the pedestrian gates and the front door and which is for the carpark gate. It was not made clear. Perhaps younger guests would know but for older people not used to keyfobs, it was very confusing. Also, it could do with a light at the entrance door as when we arrived, it was dark and the lighting was very poor to see the keypad. Once we had the keyfob - and worked out how it should be used - it was ok.

Good location comfortable beds and free parking which is hard work in York 10 minutes walk into the city.

I need to be very picky to fault, bring your own shampoo conditioner the welcome basket could have had some local products but I'm being very critical.

The flat was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The beds were really comfortable, the kitchen had everything you would need to make a proper meal and had plenty of worktop. The view from the large windows in the lounge were lovely in the morning. The owners replied to my messages straight away and were helpful. There was a lovely welcome box of snacks which was a nice extra. The flat was a great location. About a 10 min walk to the centre of work and very close to the nearest shop and pub. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

The only negative would be that I nearly missed the fact that there was a parking permit to display in the car. I has missed it in the info and then i hadnt seen it in the flat. I had messaged the owner about the parking on the day we were leaving and they mentioned the permit in the reply. Luckily we didnt get a ticket but maybe the permit should be put right next to the welcome box so not missed.
