Las instalaciones del coto fuera del departamento estuvieron súper bien, desafortunadamente el alojamiento dejó mucho que desear

El departamento está sucio , el baño no está limpio , había residuos de cabello y papel en la regadera , papel de baño no nuevo y de muy calidad, encontramos herramienta de trabajo en una de las camas, el dispensador de Jabón en la cocina estaba en una botella de agua reciclada , no había jabón de tocador en el baño, no había ropa de cama adecuada según las condiciones del clima , ni toallas para el número huéspedes registrados.

The best property we have ever stayed in. The amenities and privacy were a plus for us. It wasn’t too crowded, as the resort is pretty big and has 4 pools to pick from.

Only downfall was we couldn’t get the ac to turn on. It was a very hot weekend and we felt it at night and early morning as the villa got a little uncomfortable to be in due to the heat.

The property was beautiful. It had close access to the beach. The staff were friendly.

The air conditioner didn’t turn on. The condominium felt very hot. I tried to change the temperature on the thermostat but it didn’t turn on.
