It was clean, well stocked with all basic items we needed. Lovely touches like bath robes and beds were super comfortable. Although the boathouse has lots of rooms we heard no noise the whole time we were there.

fresh juice tea, coffee ,cereal and hot choc and herbal teas. also magazines to read outside and brochures of various places to visit although we are from that area anyway. various restaurants to try. Japanese and Turkish. hot water for a bath which i always like to have the choice.
we were only missing one cereal but i had one extra that i had with me. it was our second time at the premises. Met up with school friends whilst in the area so it was easy to see everyone and go to the pier for a walk and also had a ride on the wheel.

It's the second time I've stayed here, I absolutely love this place, already planning to stay again next year. Highly recommend, Spotless apartment and very spacious too. The view from the room, catching the morning sunrise is simply beautiful.

The room was spacious, clean and decorated beautifully. Loved the artwork.
Enjoyed there was cereal and plenty of milk, also the Welsh cakes!
We were given a complimentary upgrade to a Seaview which I thought was so very nice of them and I appreciated that a lot as it meant our stay was even more wonderful. I love the mumbles and it was a great stay for going to our friends wedding.
Parking is hard. We parked and paid in the car park just up the road and was able to move the car in the morning to the street as the charges are pricey. (Usual car parking prices, but always prefer to not have to pay 😅)

What a gem. Lovely spacious room and bathroom. very clean.
Room had a fridge with fresh milk, water, butter and orange juice (my sister's room also had yoghurts) There was cereals, welsh cakes, jam tea and coffee so a very good selection for breakfast.
It was lovely and quiet.
I really liked this place to stay and would recommend it.

No breakfast. No restaurant. No bar. No reception. Just a room. The equation boils down to expectation over cost. If you know what good looks like then this room (3B) will not meet that expectation. Sticking a Marilyn print alongside an art deco mirror does not turn it into a retro room. Having said that, the TV is so old, maybe that just tips the balance.
Musty smell in room. No shower toiletries. Great view over the bay. Appalling lighting. Didn't see another guest. We are two fit adults, however the hill gradient, followed by the seemingly never ending stairs had us both glancing at each other. They also conveniently fail to mention that you cannot park nearby for 24hrs. The Pay & Display will not permit 24hr parking.

Amazing location, hotel was clean and tidy! Lovely facilities and a lovely touch with the breakfast snacks! Highly recommend and definitely would go back! Reasonably priced too!
Being really picky, the decor was a little quirky for my taste but that’s being really picky as the rooms were lovely and very clean and tidy!!

Great location in the heart of Mumbles and easy to get out and about to the surrounding area. Restaurants, bars and shops in easy walking reach. Huge room with dedicated sitting area. Continental breakfast. Handy fridge in the room. Pet friendly with doggy treats, bowls and towels available to use. Very clean and well maintained. We’d definitely stay again and recommend to others.
No parking on site, but on street and public car park very nearby. Steep drive up to the property and then steep staircase inside to get to all rooms which would not suit everybody- ok for us but if you struggle with walking it may be an issue.

Central location close to local amenities
No breakfast, just boxes of cereal and yoghurt. Could have had some fruit provided or coissants too if that's the offering. No car parking (not called out properly on Booking site as parking is offsite in car park which needs to be paid for (on road free but couldn't find spaces) which adds to cost of stay over a few days.

The location is simply fantastic. Rooms are a wonderful size, much bigger than most hotel rooms. The communal areas are immaculate. The rooms themselves are spotless on arrival and you are provided plenty of massive towels AND dressing gowns too!
It is hard to find fault to be honest. I love the idea of the breakfast cereals and Welsh cakes etc.
