It was clean the staff were very friendly they also prepared coffee and breakfast every morning it felt safe for my kids and I we had so much fun and will go back again

The cable and internet went out 3hours before check.

The room was so filthy. There were hairs in the shower and in the kitchen counter. the whole room smelled like cooking grease. the floors were not clean either- you had to wear socks and shoes in the room because the floors were so nasty. I called the front office to request pillows and was told they were waiting on a shipment and they had none to give. (There we’re two tiny pillows- like throw pillows- on the bed). I also called about the hair that was left around and was told that the manager wasn’t in to talk to but she would be in the next morning and I needed to wait. when I spoke to the manager, she said there was nothing she could do because we slept there. she said we should have left that night. I didn’t know that was an option.

Nothing. The keys to my door would work. Better yet it wouldn't work to anything

The fact they lied and said they was go redund me my money back for my room since the key didn't work. I called back a few days later to talk to the manager. And she suppose to call me back and she didn't. And I got to room for the weekend.

Fairly decent pricing and the location.

Service, room, shower had mold, just disappointed.

nice staff and ample parking.

cable was not working. room lights barely worked.

The place was dirty, there were roaches, and when we ask the staff for a broom and mop to clean up our room because they don’t daily room service they denied us. There were use condoms in the parking lot Because the staff doesn’t do housekeeping

I have traveled for a living for over 30 years. This is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!

EVERYTHING. Ingress / egress to the hotel. no staff available!! i slept on better beds when i was in the Marines 50 years ago. not a single utensil or plate in the room. room was dirty. need i say more?
