Room was dirty. Likely moldy (sinuses reacted just in the room) and the AC/heat ran nonstop all night bounding between cooling to 65 and heating to 72.

The premises are kept immaculate! The lobby is designed for connecting and having fun or if you prefer, working in your own space. The location is fantastic; restaurants, stores & entertainment are all very close. Breakfast buffet & dining area were kept sanitary by Ms. Chanda. She was very vigilant and ensure guests were aware of how to utilize the breakfast equipment and the proper protocol for self service. In instances where guests did not comply, Ms. Chanda would remove the tainted food to ensure the safety of all.

This was our first time at this hotel. We selected it primarily because it seemed family friendly & offered an indoor Pool. When we arrived the pool was closed. We were told it was undergoing repairs. We were informed that unruly guests went into the pool with bottles of liquor which fell in and broke in the pool. The pool was not fixed in the time we were there and so we payed for an amenity that we never had the chance to enjoy. It seems there needs to be an attendant at the pool to ensure guests comply with the rules. The lobby area is a lovely open concept. My concern is from a security standpoint. Anyone can wander in off the street into the lobby and act a fool if they choose and there is nothing between them and the guests; no doors/walls/checkpoint. Breakfast was okay. The meats were not the best quality or taste. Instead of all fresh fruits it was canned fruit and possibly an apple. Inside the room there were hanging bars so you can hang your clothes on hangers. It’d be helpful if the bottom bar were raised so that you can at least hang a dress without it dragging on the floor. We had a formal event to attend & my dress was knee length in front and ankle length in the back. I am petite height. However, the front & back of the dress just pooled on the floor. Same for my hubby’s suit jacket.

Kein täglicher Zimmerservice; muss man extra nach fragen. Bei den Raten eine Unverschämtheit. Personal interessiert das nicht. Die spielen lieber ständig mit ihrem Handy. Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen.

Clean and easy access to go to anywhere.

The noise from the room above us so loud from 8pm until 5am in the morning. The stomping sound make all of us can’t sleep and can’t enjoy the rest. The customer service at the cashier was not there when we tried to asked about the situation. We kept trying to see the customer service like 4 times and there were none available. The sign said they put hot water and sweet tea available anytime for the customers however it was not available at all. We tried couple times to see if they refill it but NONE. We just drove and straightly check in the hotel that’s why we didn’t have our own water to drink.

Very comfortable felt like home. Breakfast was amazing they had Netflix streaming. I absolutely love the shower and the conditioner and soap smelled incredible

That they didn’t change the bedding every day. And he had to go downstairs and get your towels and rags and toilet paper

The hotel was spotless and very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The breakfast offered was amazing. There were many options available to eat and even gluten-free bagels were available; important for someone like me that avoids gluten.

The onlly issue was my confirmation was for a queen room with 2 queen beds but the room we were given just had a king bed. However the staff was very quick to resolve this issue and place us in a room that we requested.
