The room was amazing and great bed and bathroom with clean shower with great water pressure. The staff was very helpful when we needed additional towels. The parking is great and secure.

Nothing but the lobby needs some help with decorating.

Absolutely nothing

They waited for us to check in late in the middle of the night. Customer service was great. Our hair dryer was broken but they immediately brought a replacement.

The smell from the blankets and pillows were quite strong and overwhelming, stuck to my clothes and difficult to fall asleep to.

Maid service only 1st day. Did not replenish coffee. No tea. Took opened soap, but did not leave a new one. Neither bedside lights or floor lamp worked. Towels looked like car wash rags, no hand towels.

The towels were to small and thin. The shower was spraying water sideways.

no breakfast, but didn't expect it. Location was good. Updated rooms.

How about more than 1 packet of coffee, and coffee cups, not plastic ones.

This was a spacious and new property. It was clean and comfortable. No major complaints. Liked that the parking was in the back of the property and well lit at night.

The lobby was weird - it felt like just a random room with a small desk. Could hear some traffic noise at night. I'd describe this as nice but a little weird. The sofa in the room at the foot of the bed looked a little dirty. And so many mirrors.

I loved that the rooms were all inside the building & the rooms were soo big and had beautiful mirrors.

TV remote didn't work. The plugs in the table next to the bed didn't work. The AC could barely cool the room even set at 61°. Very hard to close the curtains all the way to keep it dark in the room. Lack of signage in the hallways to indicate where you need to go.

I liked the large mirror. That's about it.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I had to book last minute and I won't be booking with this hotel again. Lesson learned. The walls are too thin and I heard inappropriate activity in the next room. The elevator smelled of marijuana, the refrigerator made loud noises so I had to unplug it, and I felt uncomfortable sleeping in the room. The doors to the back entrance remained opened until 11:00pm which is unsafe for checked in guests. You can tell by the appearance of the lobby that this place unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else for $125 a night. This place wasn't worth it.
