Having the kitchenette was very nice. Many of the other places we stayed did not have a place to fix meals. This was very nice. The AC was spectacular! So many other places the AC barely worked and would barely cool us or the room down. Lastly, the bathroom/showers were nice. As a 'bigger person' it was nice to be able to fit into a shower and be able to turn comfortably.

Neighborhood seemed a little sketch. We didn't go out or venture outside the security gate.

We were able to park our car inside a locked area. The bathroom was nice. The room was clean. A bus stops right around the corner to take you to the centro storico, although not directly - it's necessary to change to another bus on the way.

Instead of a double bed as requested we had three single beds. The young man who greeted us was reluctant to let us park inside the gate, although we had already communicated with someone else (the owner?) who had promised we could do so. The TV reception was very poor, only 2-3 channels worked well enough to watch. The room was right on a busy street. The price was too high given the considerable distance (approx. 3 km) from the centro storico. There are no restaurants nearby.

location has a bus stop but late buses from nearby arena of Verona, the person giving the key did not know the information, which is pretty bad, at least I asked about the most common location. no breakfast included and no way to make coffee and tea, no fridge most of the only room facilities offers breakfast or a voucher for it, none of them had it. I paid € 140 just for a room??? not acceptable noises from outside cars people, also a noise of a washing machine before 8.00 am…. on a Sunday morning … first and last time I am going there … good luck

Nuova fiera camera is really few steps from bus stop. It is really near to train and bus station. Room was clean, bed were good.

The bathroom was not very clean. There were some hairs in the floor. One of the beds was really uncomfortable with the mattress sinking

Location is perfect! and the parking inside the building is very handy. Shower is powerful and the room is quiet, no noise coming from outside. Bedroom is clean.

Cleanliness of the bathroom could improve a lot in my opinion. Also there was a very bad smell coming from the drain, which is not their fault, but they could have something to cover the drain while not in use.

It was relatively "close" to the train station (2,2 km), but out of the way. We met the host coincidentally and with very lucky. It isn't easy to find the building (are apartments). The apartment are so basics!

It has a good connection with the main train station and city. It is nice looking unit.

The room was great!

It was difficult to find the building and the parking place. Nobody answered for the door-bell, we have to wait for 10 mins.

It is more for one day stay. We expected an appartman with the possibility to cook, eg. spaghetti or similar, or prepare breakfast. Kitchen is not equipped very well. It is very very complicated cooking in it. Coffe maker, tea maker, teapod and other kitchenware is missing. But it might change, place seems to be quite new. For one day it is 100% sufficient.
