The apartment is really lovely; spacious, comfortable with an "at home" feeling; and, unusually for a holiday rental, a well-equipped kitchen. Great views over the yacht harbour (spare binoculars provided for superyacht watching!). For newcomers, there is an elevator (lift) in the tunnel that runs from the town to the marina which takes you up to the old town and the apartment- perfect when you're carrying luggage. Wandering about the local streets is fascinating, great restaurants nearby and in the marina. Hostess Valentina is lovely and welcoming. All in all, a great week's stay.

Nothing - couldn't fault the apartment and a great location.

The apartment is large, light and airy, well appointed and with two fabulous terraces. The roof terrace has a fantastic view over the Ventimiglia Superyacht terminal. Magical at night! There’s a barbecue on the other terrace that we sadly didn’t have time to use - next time! It’s just a wonderful place and really worth the climb to the top of the building. Lots of wonderful restaurants just moments from the apartment. And there’s also a great beach nearby.

Cozy, very nice, and a big apartment in the old town. Well-equipped kitchen. Stunning views of the sea and the harbor from the main terrace. The city lift from the old town to the port speeds things up a lot

The apartment is great, even the fact that it is on the 4th floor is not a big problem (everyone can use a little sport). Nevertheless, the quality of the stairs does not meet the quality/safety requirements (at least from other European countries), very old and on every floor different types, of course, will not be pleasant to go up with a suitcase. Not easy to find a parking lot. In the evening, town is dead. The cleanliness of the city is not at a high level

The flat is situated on the top floors of a classic Italian house. The house is in the medieval part of Ventimiglia. From the living room and the sun roof we had a wonderful view of the new yacht harbour and the Mediterranean Sea. The kitchen was well equipped with all necessary tools and stuff, there was even a Nespresso machine to get the first coffee of the day. There are a couple of restaurants around and a very well stocked supermarket just across the small street. We liked the little bar at the corner for drinks, La Farmacia for exceptional Italian food and wonderful music, and the seafood place just outside of the city wall.

An elevator comes to mind - the flat is in the fourth floor, and the stairs are nearly medieval and quite a challenge with heavy luggage. Fortunately our host was able to get us some help and the way up for our luggage was much easier this way. A shower would be the second improvement as well as a larger toilet space as well as some air ventilation for the bathrooms.
