The location
There was no room service anything you need you have to go to the lobby and there was no phone in the room to reach the employees easily

The location was perfect right next to the metro and bus station.
The employees were helpfull and friendly.
The rooms, bathroom and sheets were clean.
We paid the breakfast when we reserved our room übut couldn't have the last day's breakfast because of leaving early and they told us they cannot give us the breakfast money back??.
There is no room service or anything to eat in the restaurant other than breakfast.
Also when we arrived at the hotel, the woman on the reception kept us waiting for two hours and telling us it's not 3pm so the room is not ready but 3 other groups came and checked in before us because a lovely lady whose name was Isabel was taking care of them.
Finally after two hours of waiting, our baby started crying we didn't want to talk to that receptionist and asked Isabel about our room she said it's ready and we don't have to wait, gave us the keys and that was it.
I don't remember the other receptionist's name but she was terrible!

Comodissima la posizione, accanto alla stazione Noord, con Metro 52 e diversi bus a disposizione. In pochi minuti si raggiungono il centro e altre zone nevralgiche. Ottime la pulizia delle stanze e la gentilezza del personale. A disposizione in camera phon, ferro e asse da stiro, bollitore con tè e caffè. Grande doccia, utile anche per disabili.
Non è carissima, ma se costasse un po' meno torneremmo anche più spesso ad Amsterdam, città interessante.

The location is very convenient next to the Noord station for metro and bus. There is a shopping area nearby with shops, supermarket and restaurants. The room is spacious. It is so much better than staying in the Amsterdam central. Definitely a good money value.
Check-in took a long time and no restaurant in the hotel.

Sehr schön eingerichtet , alles vorhanden, hochwertig. Personal sehr bemüht und auf die Wünsche eingegangen , einfache Kommunikation via Chat. Lage ist sehr gut, direkt an der Metro Station. Frühstück sehr gut, aber auch ein stolzer Preis für 21,50 pro Person.
Betten waren etwas hart.

Lage super. innerhalb weniger Minuten mit der Metro im Zentrum. Station direkt neben dem Hotel.
Etwas enttäuschend das Frühstück im Partnerhotel. Frühstück in anderen Mercure Häusern die ich bisher besuchte bedeutend besser gewesen. Am Aufschnitt schon getrocknete Ränder, wenig Konfitüre oder Honig zur Auswahl. Keine gute Qualität der Brötchen, billigste Auswahl. Im 4 Sterne Haus bessere Qualität erwartet. Warme Anteil des Büfettes sehr gut und umfangreich. Im Zimmer bzw. Bad keine Badeschlappen oder Duschhaube vorhanden.
Schwaches Spirituosenangebot an der Bar, die auch im Partnerhotel untergebracht ist, es wurden nur zwei Cocktails angeboten. Dankend abgelehnt.

Noord metro istasyonuna çok yakın. Marketlere de bir o kadar yakın. Fiyat karşılaştırması yapmak koşulu ile, merkez otellerine göre uygun fiyatlı olursa her zaman konaklamayı düşünürüm.
Maalesef yastıklar çok rahatsızdı. Başka bir seçenek olup olmadığını sorduğumda resepsiyondan donuk ve olumsuz bir sonuç aldım. 😄Sadece ben değil diğer arkadaşlarım da bu durumdan şikayetçiydi ama çözüm bulamadık. Diğer bir asıl sorun ise iki odada da odaları ısıtmayı başaramadık. 24 derece ayarda dahi soğuk üflüyordu. Belki de 7. kata ait bir sorundu. İki sorunun da çok üstünde durmadık.

The hotel is in such a good location. Supermarkets/shops within a 5-10 minute walk and the Noord metro a 1-2 minute walk away. Room was very clean and spacious, staff were all very friendly and the bar area was lovely.

Superb location
The car park barrier came down on the roof of the car. A supervisor had to let us out but the reception staff were not that helpful. The duty manager resolved the issue with no fuss.

Das gesamte Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer haben einen angemessene Größe, es war sehr sauber und modern. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der Metrostation, so dass man in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt ist. Es gibt eine Parkgarage direkt unter dem Hotel, welche 20€/d kostet. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es aber auch noch weitere (kostenlose?) Parkplätze. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig aber leider auch teuer.
Es gibt zwar eine Klimaanlage, aber leider lassen sich die Fenster nicht öffnen.

The hotel was right beside the train station which only took 4 minutes to get to the centre of Amsterdam. The room was spacious and cleaned everyday. The staff were friendly and easy to contact if needed.

Otelin Konumu oldukça merkezi, havalimanı ve central stationa kolaylıkla ulaşabilirsiniz. Otel çevresinde market ve restoranlar mevcut. Temizlik noktasında kusursuzdu, yine kahvaltısı çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Çalışanlar ilgiliydi.
Ocak ayında konakladım, ısıtma sistemi yetersizdi.

Хотелът е с много добра локация; линия на метрото М52 позволява бърз и удобен достъп до Централната гара и до центъра на града с историческите забележителности, също така и до автогарата с автобусите до Keukenhof. I think Mercure Amsterdam North has an excellent cost-benefit relation. The installations are very good, modern, and clean. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. It is located a few step of a metro station, which is very convenient.

Prettige kamer, verzorgd ingericht. Koelkastje op de kamer is ook altijd fijn. Gratis parkeren!
De airco kon ik niet uitzetten, ook niet na navraag bij de receptie. Leek een eigen leven te leiden. Ramen konden niet open. Gevolg: een hele droge lucht waardoor ik last van neus en ogen kreeg en slecht heb geslapen.

The room is spacious and it locates just outside of the north station with a few min walk. The room is well equipped and bed is very comfortable
