Large, comfortable room. Spacious bathroom. Wonderful view of the Maumee River and downtown Toledo.

There was nothing I didn’t love me.

Staff at breakfast room though quality of food is good but variety is missing (just check quality at Tampa Florida)

Front staff behaviour they were never happy to answer anything haven’t seen in my life such pathetic and rude front office staff (send them to training to learn basic hospitality manners) smile is missing throughout their stay in office and house keeping services were worst (again haven’t seen such dire situation)

Everything about the hotel was great! Clean, comfortable, and beautiful view. We enjoyed staying at the Homewood and will stay again

There was a group of people on our floor that were really noisy. They ended their party at midnight or so. So not too bad.

The suite was very nice & seemed pretty clean. Bedding & frequently-touched locations seemed clean. The hotel & rooms looked recently renovated. I loved having the kitchenette. I loved having the option of the complimentary breakfast. The location was convenient, based on places we wanted to visit. Valet parking is available & I liked the convenience of being able to pay for that service at check-out.

Once in the room for a while, I could see that the room wasn't as clean as I initially thought. More attention to detail as far as cleaning would've been nice - the mirror, underneath the sink, stove top, floors. We had to ask for a couple things that should've been in the room upon arrival - wash cloths & extra toilet paper. The convenience of the complimentary breakfast was nice, but the food itself was mediocre. The coffee was good. Breakfast ended at 9:00 am. It would be nice if they served breakfast at least until 10:00 am. I am not an early riser on vacation. Being downtown, the outside noise kept us from having the best night's sleep.

Loved the spacious room and the view of the river.

I thought the car reservation man was so rude. He was acting so ghetto and he was loud saying im here to play D1 football and you people gonna stop being disrespectful and acting like your daddy owns this hotel. He went on a rant for about 2 minutes as i stood staring at him. I said are you talking to me? He just ignored and kept ranting. Not what i expected when i went into a beautiful restaurant.

We were in town for a concert and Homeward Suites by Hilton was the perfect location to stay at, very close to the concert venue

Nothing really…the room was great, the staff were very helpful and we ate twice at the NAPA; dinner the 1st evening (Jun 19) and lunch the next day (Jun 20) and the meals were excellent

Only one washcloth. Looked to be toothpaste on the bathroom floor. Would like to be able to speak directly to the front desk when calling the hotel from offsite. Would like a safe and magnifying mirror.

A great place and easy access to the venue

Getting parking in the parking garage, I ended up using the valet

The rooms are very spacious and the view is awesome. The staff is helpful and didn't hesitate to lend a hand during the unpacking process.

It's a habit to wipe down surfaces before I unpack. While doing so, I noticed the drawer handles and light switches needed to be cleaned. I took care of it. It's all good.
