Very unhygienic, basic facility like air conditioner was not working

The property offered free water bottles, which we didn’t drink, but we used for brushing teeth. It was a good-sized room and the bed was comfortable. There was also storage for our luggage. The bathroom was decently clean as well. The staff helped us carry our bags to the room.

When we first arrived, they told us that this hotel was only for Indians only and not for foreigners, even though we booked and payed partially online. However, after our driver talked to them and they realized that we booked online and they can’t change anything, they let us have our rooms. The sheets were dirty, but they provided new ones after we asked for them.

Few rooms were not clean.

Didn't stay, when we reached their its not as good as shown. With old age parents its difficult to go on 5th floor because hotel even dont have lift.

Nice Place to stay outside udaipur.
