Very clean and nice place to stay. Sauna options were nice and the spa place was empty so we could enjoy it alone.

The room was in a shared apartment and people were really loud so we could hear everything. The elevator didnt work and the receptionist didnt mind at all.

Bad Wi-Fi connection,No private bathroom(1 bathroom for 4 rooms) and the staff where not speaking good English

The location is really good, between 25 to 35 minutes walk (depending on your speed) from the city centre. If you're using public transport, it's around 10 minutes. THe staff was really good and helpful and the facilities are decent. The breakfast is amazing if you're into a healthy lifestyle - which is not really my case but I can only appreciate :D

The wellness in the Hotel was above expectations. The whirlpool made us really relaxed after a long Journey. The beds where comfortable and the room was spacious. Good barista coffee at the bar. The staff was kind and helpfull, altough it was sometimes hard to understand each other. The Hotel was only 10 minutes away with bus from the center! We really enjoyed our stay.

There was a bloodstain in our bedsheet. It got replaced immideately by the nightguard. Furthermore was the language barrier the only downside.

Great place, very clean. You share the showers and toilets with a few rooms, but that wasn't a problem at all. Very good breakfast. Easy bus ride takes you right to the city center in about 5 minutes

The place is a bit noisy. You can hear the piano music from the reception through the air vent in the room. It's not loud but after a few hours it gets very annoying. Also, two guys came back to their room at night and one started throwing up right next to my room. If you're a light sleeper you're going to hate these very thin walls

Comfortable big room, clean bathroom, friendly staff in the reception, spa with many facilities, 4 saunas and jacuzzi. Easy access by car and public transportation to the sightseeing. Value for money choice

The place is modern and clean, the whole concept is centered around health and well-being. The facility offers many additional services, including a vegetarian restaurant, wellness spa, massages etc. The staff is really welcoming and helpful. The proximity to Bratislava's "healthcare hub" is very convenient for travelers who need to visit one of its hospitals/offices - everything is within walking distance.

The location is in the middle of "healthcare city", which means that ambulances are driving around a lot, even in the morning and the sound may wake you up very early. The room was very comfy and clean but with relatively modest equipment.

after phone call to reception week before my arrival that I will arrive after their check in time . I told them that I will arrive around midnight and they confirmed that it wont be a problem that night quard will let me in and key will be ready for me on reception. when I arrived nobody was in to let me in and after calling to number provided I got a shocking answer. person on the other side was rude and drunk, I could here people around and person ask whl it is? I tried to explain that I am waiting outside. but his drunk response was like and what ? where is the problem and laughing and he hang up on me. other phone calľs were not answered I had all booked up and fully paid and I had to find and pay another hotel Dont recommend the place at all!!!

New place to stay in town.. Small hotel with decent spa..

I booked double room with double bed but receptionist accommodated us in twin room with two single bed and shared bathroom! Situation was resolved after one hour of complaining and escalating my complaint to hotel manager who was not on site.
