Everything was as promised. The apartment was clean and functioning. We did not spend a great deal of time in the room being as we are both active people and wanted to take as much in as we could.

The only slight issue we had was that one of the bathroom faucets was pretty loose. Nothing a little quick hand tightening did not solve.

The location is great. Just downhill from the Main Street but out of the way of congestion. I enjoyed the bar downstairs except that I think they could offer some sort of food in the evenings. Nice place to get a cuppa coffee and a piece of bread in the morning. The staff was very friendly and very nice.

When we arrived, it had been raining pretty hard. The ceiling outside our door in the hallway was leaking. There were a couple of small leaks in our room. The floors are creaky and uneven. There are no shelves in the bathroom to place your items on. Although there are no closets, they do supply hangers and hooks to hang them on. We did have quite a few very noisy and drunk neighbors. I had to wear earplugs most nights.

Perfectly located, convenient home. It was quiet for us despite being in unit 203 just above the bar. Clean space, lots of towels provided.

Only one window that doesn’t open at all, after 5 days we felt like the air was staying humid (there was a lot of rain during our stay). The rooms are small if you plan to use them all, we used one bedroom for luggage and it was great.

The bedrooms do NOT have any windows, bed had plastic under the sheets , shower curtain wasn't long enough to not get everything wet and no space for you to put your toiletries in the shower, couch smelled like feet , no wardrobes at all

We where just so unhappy about the whole check-in process and that it did influence our whole experience.

There is no frontdesk or staff to support in case of issues. Sonder asks for a lot of personal data to provide via their online portal. But seems to not have their digital data security in place. Upfront my booking, I received many emails that my booking would be cancelled if I didn’t provide all my personal info (creditcards, ID etc) right away. Then both sonder and booking said these emails where fraudulent and I should not provide my personal data. Yet upon arrival I still had to provide everything in order to get the entry code.

It was super close to everything. We walked everywhere once we took Uber from the airport. Plenty of towels and necessities. Loved the little cafe/bar downstairs. The keypad was great no chance of misplacing the key.

The couch looked filthy(water/stains), the kitchen sink won’t drain, and the tv would not connect to watch anything.

While there were hooks on the walls to hang clothes, there was no place else to put your clothes or suitcase.

Great location, easy walking to all the sightseeing venues, no issues with safety. Facility was great, we were 5 in a 3 bedroom. Beds were super comfortable, apartment stocked with everything we needed. The living area small for 5 people but manageable. Access was easy and great having one code for all access points.

Over all the stay was comfortable, had what we needed while we were there. Reserved room for 6 occupants and while body towels were plentiful face towels were not, but problem was resolved within a timely manner without staff on property. The bar downstairs was a great bonus! The location was surprisingly close to the nightlife and restaurants of the French quarter.

Location of the Tv was not ideal, but we didn't visit to stay in the apartment, but maybe a TVs mounted in the rooms or the TV mounted about the thermostat on a full range of motion mount.

The three bedroom was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was a bonus. The bartenders were lovely.

Washer machine didn’t work in room 305. Sent message and while they acknowledged my request, it was never addressed. Hallways had a smell of vomit & other guests arguing late at night.

Lovely apartment, very clean, comfortable and well appointed.

Pool hours were supposed to be 10am until 8pm, but when we tried to have a quick dip at 7.50pm, the pool door was already locked.

Pool did not look clean. We were on the ground floor and the window faced directly to a car park that had a number of homeless people hanging around in - also a monster truck park outside the window blocking most of the light

The decor was stylish and modern with exposed brick and wood beams. I liked that we had the option of having three separate bedrooms and two full baths for our family. The floor plan was great and the space was well used. The room was very clean and had plenty of towels and toiletries available. There was a full size refrigerator, oven with electric stovetop, a small microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of dishes and cookware to use. Also, coffee, tea, cream, sugar, salt, and pepper were provided. There was a washer and dryer inside the unit if you need to do laundry. The location is close enough to the French Quarter that you can easily walk to many restraunts, museums, and shops. The rooftop pool area was also stylish and clean with beach type towels available for use, if needed. There's a parking lot next door and a parking garage across the street that you can use and pay through a parking app.

Unfortunately, some of the other guests were loud and kept up a raucus during the quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. My family's sleep was interrupted several times during the night because of a lack of situational awareness on the part of the other guests in the building. You can hear them through the walls and even from across the hall. With no Sonder employees onsite, I wasn't sure if I could actually have my complaint remedied while I was there. That's something Sonder needs to address. Other than that, the stay was good and it's a great little apartment.

Fairly inexpensive, kitchen has nice amenities, location is really convenient and close to everything. The building seems newly renovated, but unfortunately there's no free parking. Parking garage was across the street and overpriced, but we didn't have another choice. It isn't clear where the front entrance is since the front is a bar, but thankfully the Uber driver helped us. You have to walk through the bar to get to the apartment entrance. The bathtub didn't have enough water pressure and didn't stay filled, and the bathrooms severely lack counter space, but overall it was a good place to stay.

The washer and dryer did not work as well. I had to run the dryer 2-3 full cycles before clothes would get dry.

The location was great. The amenities were ok.

There were giant roaches and the furniture was stained. The pool was not clean.

It was a great location to downtown. We LOVED the pool on the roof option. And the bar and coffee in the morning was perfect for mommy and daddy time.
