The building and location of property was excellent. However, this unit provides little or no space to unpack your suitcase and store your clothes. There was only one folding luggage rack. For 4 guests in a unit like this, I expected a minimum of 4 luggage racks. We needed luggage racks because there was not a single drawer or dresser in either of the 2 bedrooms. So we were living out of our suitcases, and they had to be set on the floor.

The condo was lovely. Everything was good except access to the public beach and rental of chairs and umbrella for the beach.

Loved it…spotlessly clean and comfortable. No beach gear provided but a problem since we brought our own. Kitchen had minimal items but most everything you needed. Suggest providing a dresser or additional luggage racks in the bedroom. Absolutely would stay again.

We enjoyed a relaxing long weekend with our adult daughter and her friends that came for the day. The beach was gorgeous! Since it’s a park it has great amenities like gorgeous rocks and the secret garden just around the corner. Fantastic restaurants were within minutes of our location. The beds and furniture were very comfortable! I would highly recommend this property to others.

This was our second stay at Caprice, and we we enjoyed it just as much, or more as last year!! Great location, close to Restaurants and Larry’s Ice Cream! We loved the layout of this years Condo! It was wonderful being at the Beach with Beach Views! A++++

Communication was awesome and easy. Location was perfect and quiet. 3rd floor was high enough to enjoy the view and quiet even over the pool area. Nice time of year.

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, you can walk to so many shops and restaurants. The only negative was dealing with the rental company. They were not helpful when we were trying to check in and told us we needed keys that we didn't actually need. We were supposed to get a call when the condo was ready and no one ever called.

Had a wonderful 2 weeks. Relaxing, warm sun and friendly people.

The condo needs a deep cleaning. Under the furniture tile floor produced black feet an socks. We washed it twice while we were there. The people cleaning in between guests are doing their job. You just need a solid deep clean. Also, the elevator and vestibule of the building were very, very dirty with very long term dirt.

Nice place, maybe supply some basics like salt, pepper and sugar.

Property could use some storage in the unit. Being there for a week there really wasn't any room to unpack luggage.

We had a great time. This made it much easier to have our ten month old grandson with us.

This property is amazing! Location was great and the condo was exactly like the pictures. The space was very clean and had everything you would need for a quick trip or even an extended stay. The condo also has an amazing view of the beach and also the pool. We will definitely be back.

The unit had everything we needed and the provided towels/toilet paper/other items were plenty for the 3 of us. There were a ton of outlets in all of the rooms, which is a huge plus. The Caprice is in a great location and in walking distance to most of the restaurants we tried. The pool and beach were well maintained and the building has a communal beach chair/toy area that you can borrow from and put back when you leave. The unit doesn't have a washer and dryer which is a bummer, but the laundry facilities in the building were fine and we had no issues. Overall I'd highly recommend this unit and building and hope we can stay there again!

Beautiful place, space was perfect for the 4 of us. Very clean. Only suggestion is keeping the fans clean in the bathroom.

I would have had a better experience and supies at a hotel.
