This was a perfect property for our large family. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, large well-stocked kitchen, huge game room and a great location. A couple small issues that were handled promptly. The house could use some minor updates, but overall we had a lovely, comfortable stay.

Location of the property & Wifi were great! However, the property itself is in need of MAJOR repairs. The descriptors on the website are INACCURATE and need revision. There is a huge difference between "rustic cabin" and outdated/inoperable. For example, the property says it can sleep 16 however the "pull out bed" couches were missing mattresses & sunk in! The coffee pot was for 1 single serving, the dishwasher is not bolted to the cabinets and falls forward everytime you open it. The freezer drawer is broken and the ice tray collapeses when you try to access it, the buttons on the oven are warn off which left us guessing on setting temps & timers, the trash compactor needs a "key" to operate and the worse part of the kitchen is that the stovetop does NOT work and needs a match to ignite each burner! Even worse, the property owner/mangagment are aware of this because they left us a note saying "use the lighter." The kitchen is the hub & this is unacceptable. In regards to the bedrooms, there were not enough linens, sinks did not drain properly and the shower corners are full of black mold. Outside the glass tabletops were shattered, with the glass left lying on the ground along w/4 socks on the front deck left behind from previous guests. While I could go on about the worn & filthy carpet, broken curtain rods, wall decor, doorknobs, window screens, etc. I won't. Appalled at the false marketing and rating of premier host. Will not be returning.

Spacious property and customer support was good.

Communicated with the staff several times about ants being everywhere, kitchen, bathrooms, sofas. They had housekeeping come and wipe down and vacuum, but not effective. We used three bottles of ant spray. I requested to hear from management but they failed to call me directly. Other than that, the property was spacious and accommodated the group pretty well. I would have ranked it higher if there was resolution or an attempt to make a menz but there was not.

We rented Fox Manor in Big Bear. (December 26-29) The home was large enough to host our families. It had nice amenities such as the pool table and jacuzzi. We used your 24/7 customer service. Unfortunately, no one followed up with the questions we asked and resolve the issues we had. We couldn’t find the fireplace keys. Not a big problem we scoured about and found it. But the bigger issues were the dishwasher was not working the entire time. I was told someone would come out to repair it, but they never did. We had to wash every pot, pan, plate, coffee cup, and glass by hand for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. It was a lot of cleaning. A dishwasher is a must in my book. Plus the refrigerator did not look like it was wiped inside. (crumbs scattered) A blanket had an old bandage stuck to it. I only hope that it was washed, but not sure. Also, the home was not ready for our two families to check in. Very disappointed, when we have many rules for us as renters to abide by. I asked if we could check out later, and I was told no. I understand but thought I would ask. We believe the fee charge for customer service 24/7 help is a joke. I hope you take this information and resolve the issues with the associates who manage the property.

Large property, plenty of room for everyone in our group. The property is in need of updating though. Many things did not work like lights and door handles. Management was very helpful and quick to respond to our needs.

The property is amazing! Clean and well maintained. Convenient location with the close proximity to village and lake. Check in process is easy.
