Absolutely perfect spot. Loved the house… not too big, it was very clean, the outdoor area was lovely, close to the beach, traffic not just horrific, and Ginelle is a complete doll. Sooo helpful and Justin handled a couple of issues we had. This is our 20th year in AMI. And this is the first time we can rebook for next year!! The easiest rental situation we have ever had in AMI!

Super clean upon arrival, stocked with everything that you would want and then more. Kids loved the heated pool, even with a couple cooler days, they wouldn’t say out. Walking distance from bars/restaurant's/shops. Ready to make memories with family or friends? Look no further, this is your spot.

Property was well equipped- games, cards, sand toys, chairs, pool stuff. Furniture was okay. Location was amazing. Beach close by and so were beach shops, coffee and restaurants all walking distance. Even a boat rental was around the corner. Area was quiet and relaxed.

The best VRBO we have stayed at to date. Ideal location, walking distance to the beach and establishments! Perfect backyard layout and so well stocked for kids- beach toys, peddle jumpers, baby seat, etc. Extremely clean- would definitely recommend and will be back.

Wonderful time at this house. Close to beach with beach cart, lots of chairs and toys provided. House was clean with tons of games and activities. Mosquitoes were horrible in the evening so bring your bug spray!

If you’ve been scrolling through all the properties on Anna Maria Island trying to make a decision, I encourage you to keep reading. A few girlfriends and I stayed here for five nights in August, and it was a great experience. The house was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable. And the pool was amazing. We used it every single day multiple times. It’s about a five minute walk up the block to the beach Access path. I don’t know if we hit it on a good few days or if it’s always like this, but the water in the Gulf was absolutely amazing. I was convinced that I would go to the beach and just wanna go back to the pool, but we spent hours floating around in the Gulf of Mexico. My advice is bring a couple of pool noodles to the beach, because you’re going to want them while you’re in the water there. Back to the house, the layout is very nice. The master bedroom with a king bed is on the same floor as the living room and kitchen, which is one level up from the main door. Up on the next floor you’ve got three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, and two balconies, which we didn’t really use because it was so hot. We used the trolley to get around, and got to see quite a few things around the island using that as our form of transportation. The only thing I wasn’t impressed with were a lot of the restaurants. Sub-par at best, maybe I just made poor choices. I’ve stayed at quite a few short term rentals, and this was definitely one of the nicer ones! Enjoy!

The house is everything as it is advertised and so well stocked!! From the kitchen to the beach furniture it has all you need! By far it is the cleanest property we have rented. The outside area is wonderful and we spent a lot of time there. We love this property and hope to be back! The Barlow’s

Property was wonderful for our extended family vacation! It was our first visit to this area and we loved the proximity to the beach, trolley stops and walkable to several restaurants and stores. We walked down to the nearby ice cream place almost every night with the kids! And it was lovely to take a quick walk over to the beach to catch several sunsets. And the house itself was awesome! Clean, everything we needed in the kitchen and lovely hangout spaces. Beds were comfy and plenty of room for adults to gather and kids to play. Especially out by the pool, which we were in multiple times a day! Kids are already asking when we can come back!

The house is full of everything you’ll need, and a great location. We had a few small things come up, but they were taken care of; including a brand new grill! If I could change anything, it would be dropping the pool temperature about ten degrees. We had a heat advisory one day, and 86 degree pool water, didn’t cook us at all. We would definitely come stay again, but would request the pool temperature be dropped.

Our family had the best time. We were minutes from the beach, very easy walk. The pool and the home were more than we could have asked for. Very well furnished with just about anything you may need aside from your own groceries. Will definitely book here again.

We loved our stay here! The layout of the home is great for families. Close to the beach, shopping & restaurants— walkable for our youngest (age 5). A few of us used the bikes and rode up to Pine Ave for donuts. Outfitted with a wagon, plenty of towels and chairs and a few umbrellas, it’s well equipped for spending the day at the beach. Our kids enjoyed all the outdoor activities— the pool, putting green, poolside basketball hoop, ladder ball, bag boards. The outdoor shower is wonderful! And if you’re a runner, there’s perfect 6 mile route if you take Gulf Dr. north to Pine Ave, head east to the City Pier, then head north and take North Shore Dr. loop back to Pine & then south on Gulf Dr. to 56th. We’re thankful for the time we spent and the memories we made as a family here on AMI!

Very convenient and close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Great property for our extended family. Only thing missing was beach umbrellas.

Can’t say enough good things about this property. It started with great communication. Ginelle answered all questions promptly. Absolutely loved the pool area. Very tropical and private with all of the palm trees. Plenty of beach chairs for the short trip to the beach, a fridge on the first level, tons of games…they have thought of everything. Kitchen had everything we needed. We will be back !

The home (and the owners!) were wonderful. Everything was as it appeared in the pictures. The walk to the beach was very short with a simple path to the ocean. The yard games, the outdoor TV and the pool added to the fun. The kitchen was equipped with all we needed, as was the garage with ping pong table, beach chairs, wagon, extra refrigerator and various beach games. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all as pictured and in excellent condition. I highly recommend this home on AMI. We loved it! :)

The pool filtering system did not seem to be working as it should, nor do we believe the pool was cleaned on Monday as stated it would be. If it was nothing was removed from the pool to have it done. I texted our contact, as the hottub was very low on water. She had us run a hose to fill it. We had to do this a few days. On our last full day (Friday)the pool people cleaned the filter. Other than the pool issue our stay was very nice. Nice outside area. The VRBO listed this as a 5 bathroom when actually there are 3 1/2 with outdoor shower????

This house delivered! Stayed with family including a 3 year old and a 10 year old. Great location with a <3 minute walk to the beach, or walk to nearby restaurants and stores. The beach supplies were well stocked - we had access to chairs, a wagon, toys etc. House was well maintained and everything worked fine during our stay, the heated outdoor shower made trips back from the beach easy clean up. Hosts were friendly and communicative and we had no issues with check in or out. Would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time. The house was the perfect size and the pool/hot tub made all the difference. Everyone was sad to leave but with wonderful memories.

We loved our stay in this beautiful house! The pool and hot tub were wonderful after a morning at the beach and even after dinner! Backyard is like a tropical oasis and very private. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. Beds were comfortable and the balconies were nice as well. Loved that the house had plenty of towels and beach towels everything you need for the beach! I would definitely recommend staying here and looking forward to coming back again!

This home was exactly as described-close to the beach, lots of room, perfect pool area, lots of supplies for going to the beach, beautiful decor, and a well-stocked kitchen. The host was super at answering questions quickly. We will book this home again.

We called our week long vacation at this property "Golden Girls Gone Wild" as all 6 of us are in our 60s/70s! The house is in the perfect location with easy access to the beach, the north end and walking distance to shopping, sunset cruise, restaurants, etc. The house is adorably decorated for the beach, the beds are extremely comfortable, kitchen well stocked, was very clean, and the pool and hot tub were the cherry on top! The downstairs area by the pool and hot tub very comfortable with a bar, and a table for eating, and additional chairs for lounging. So many games and things to do! Each area of the house has its own balcony and we had an excellent view of the eclipse from one of the balconies. Golf cart rental was super easy delivered to the house and a must! We loved having a 6 seater golf cart to explore the island. Only very minor complaint was the stairs for us "old" ladies with old knees. The main bedroom is on the second level with kitchen, living room, etc., but the other 3 bedrooms and two full baths are up another flight, so 3 flights up. There are 3 full bathroom and an outdoor shower (no bathroom on lower level). Water pressure was fantastic, great showers, filtered water from fridge great. Keurig coffee pot was so cool that two of us ordered the same model for our houses. Ginelle and Justin were absolutely fantastic every step of the way answering all our many questions before we got there! They could not be better hosts!! We would definitely stay in this fantastic property again!! You will love it!!
