The king size bed feels like it time to be replaced and the outside of Destin West could use some fresh paint and updating. The condo is awesome and Julie Jennifer and Robin are awesome to work with. Recommend this condo. Really specious. Family of 9 had enough room. Super big balcony was our favorite place.

This was a spacious and clean condo with extremely comfortable beds in every room. Nice linens throughout and plenty of bath towels. Great location, easy parking, wonderful pool area. An improvement that would make this place even better would be a different patio set. The unit has a beautiful huge patio but only has one small high table on it with four chairs (and only one of the chairs actually allows you to sit at the table). The other three chairs appear to be from a different set and are too short for the existing table. Other than that, we were very pleased!

Loved it! The kitchen had all we needed to cook! P.S. Jet bathtub in master sprayed everywhere and had mold in jets. Couldn’t get tv to work in queen bedroom w/balcony.

I love the read reviews to help me make my decision. This was such wonderful stay!!! The condo was extremely clean, quiet, comfy, and convenient. Easy parking. Informative management. Pictures are exactly what you get. The pool was GREAT for kids. We had ages 1,2,4,6 and adults. The the BEDS were amazing after a long day playing. First night we all woke up talking about how nice they were. We weren’t upset that we didn’t stay beach side because the pool was so nice for the kids with shade and lots of pool options. Love the beach entry pool for the little kids. We left shoes came back the next day and surprisingly they were still at pool at lost and found. We left our wagons out front with things in them for the beach every day and no one ever touched it. Wagons and chairs arent the best but I’m sure they are all hard to pull in the sand and not everyone takes care of things. Not the condos fault. We rented chairs one day. I recommend. Lots of beach toy options don’t haul those things from home. It says Tom Thumb next door but no that is a gas station. But there is a great clean little grocery store (Publix) down the road. They also have a few pool/beach things very reasonably priced. Emerald Bay is just down the road. Great things for kids during the day/ evening but wouldn’t take them real late. I would come back and stay again with my family!

Would stay there again. Enjoyed the lazy river and it’s close to a lot of places to eat and shop!

Everything was great except the Refrigerator It never did make ice or keep our ice cream froze We just had to buy bags of ice. Other than that, Great!!!

We had a great time! A much needed getaway to take a break from all the craziness in our world right now! The location was perfect. We even rented a pontoon boat to go to Crab Island and that was awesome, especially since we rented the boat right next door! The walk to the beach was a little far but not too bad. One negative was the noise level at night...it was super noisy from people hanging out on their balconies or lounging in the lazy river. Our unit was located right next to the stairs which was handy if you didn’t want to wait on the elevator. The beds in the unit were also very comfortable. The guest bathroom was kinda small especially since we were traveling with 7 adults but we made it work. The unit was also very well stocked with towels and kitchen items. Overall a great condo!

We loved Heron 309 for the location to the stairs and elevator along with the view of the pool! There was plenty of space for us to all be in there together and to cook together.

We had a great stay! We had some questions and they were answered quickly and very throughly! We actually called to see if we could check in early because our flight got in early. After checking the condo to be ready, they called us back and it worked that we could, so we enjoyed an extra afternoon at the pool! We definitely will go back next year!

The only thing I would suggest is a stool, it was quite comical getting in. Everything is close, you don’t have leave, but if you do, everything is right there.

My only complaint would be the balcony view is mostly blocked by the palm trees and the balcony furniture could have been more comfy. I only noticed this because we were stuck in the room 3 of our 7 days due to the tropical storm Alberto. The condo was very spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen for cooking. We will return to DestinWest, as this is our go to place for the past 4 years....we will just choose a different condo with a better view in the future.
