This was a great home for our family! Communication with the owners was excellent.

Our stay at the property was over Thanksgiving. For a group of 9, the house surprisingly was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for all. The bunk room was perfect for 3 teenagers to have their own space. The kitchen was well equipped and the washer and dryer were key. Unfortunately, upon our arrival Wednesday it was discovered that the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned, the kitchen counters were full of crumbs etc, and the previous guests left a bunch of open dry goods behind that hadn't been thrown out. Not a big deal ... except the dirty bed linens on all the beds was an issue. Given it was Thanksgiving, we laundered all of the bedding ourselves and waited to call the host until Friday to explain the situation. They were very apologetic and discounted some of our fees. This would have been a perfect vacation had we not had to deal with the housekeeping issues.

The property was very well-maintained and clean and accommodated our family wonderfully. Might be a little challenging for handicap or elderly people due to the stairs at entry. Otherwise everything was perfect for us.

Perfect location to all the local greats. The home was accommodating and perfect for our family stay. Highly recommended.

Perfect home for our baseball weekend in Prescott. Boys enjoyed the hot tub after playing all day. They also loved the bunk bed room. Home was clean and had everything we needed!

Our family loved getting away together and staying in this home. It has a great living room with a couch big enough for the 7 of us to hangout and dining table with room to sit and play games. We all had really comfortable beds to sleep in. My teenager loved the loft bed in the bunkbed room. It was perfect for reading and taking naps. I also appreciated all the hooks and towels available to use. Oh and the hottub was great too. I would love to come and stay at this house again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is comfortable and one of the best equipped homes we’ve stayed in. Kimberly was helpful and responsive. We loved the hot tub, living spaces, and the outdoor area. The location is very good—you will hear some traffic if you are outside because the house is on a relatively busy road. However the inside is very quiet, and the location means you are close to town—grocery store, restaurants, other Prescott sights. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! The home was clean and quaint with so many beautiful touches. We loved the hot tub! Kim was an outstanding host, very responsive and accommodating.

The property was extremely well equipped, in a beautiful and convenient section of Prescott and very kid friendly. The house was nice and the yard and deck great for some outdoor time. It was perfect for our family. We will definitely rent here again.

Very nice and clean property with comfy beds. Beautiful back patio and yard. It was a nice layout for our group. My children enjoyed all the coffee options and the nice kitchen. The downstairs room was perfect for one family of 4.

This is a great property close to downtown and by the Safeway. Spacious and cozy and has a great kitchen area, wrap around deck and group bedroom for kids or teens.

The bookshelf had a ton of great reading options for lots of ages and interests, and the coffee bar was great.

Great spot and great location! Just as advertised even though the hot tub wasn’t functioning properly. We were notified ahead of our visit that it had issues. Everything else was great.

I had a trip with my 5 daughters and a baby planned in Prescott. This home seemed to fit the bill with 4 bedrooms and lots of seating in the living room, and of course the hot tub! The pluses were: location - close to all things, big home, hot tub, comfortable couches with seating for all, large kitchen table for meals and games. The negatives were: the house wasn't clean. The floors were dusty and hadn't been swept, or vacuumed well. There was trash in many of the garbages throughout the house, the dishwasher was half full of dirty dishes, there was a cigarette butt in the drain of the bathroom sink, the 1st bedroom had black hairs and sand in the bed, indicating the sheets hadn't been changed, the dryer had towels and sheets in it - which we could have used throughout our trip had we known. Another huge concern was the 2nd bedroom has a window door to the carport and it wasn't covered, so you couldn't undress with the light on at night. There were also no window coverings on the kitchen and den windows, and there was a sketchy sheet rigged up to cover the loft bedroom window. It was super disappointing given the cost per night. This house had great potential, if cleaned properly and the windows covered, it would have been a 5 star. The host, Kimberly, was very quick to respond when we couldn't get Netflix working, which was a user problem on our end. I would mention too that we didn't bring any issues up to Kimberly because it was late the first night when we noticed them and we were only staying an additional night. .

Very nice cozy place. Nice quite area no one bothered you. Host was awesome. the home had everything you needed to bring your own food and you would not have to leave only if you wanted to visit downtown prescott

This was a wonderful rental, the host was very helpful and the location is close to everything we needed. Beds were really comfortable and the host went above and beyond decorating for the holidays as well. Will definitely book definitely book again.

The home was very clean, and stocked with everything you need. The location was great, close to everything. The home is on a busy road, but the traffic was not too loud. Would definitely return and stay here again!!
