Very nice condo. Perfect for a few friends or family. Nice area and then the views! Near many local areas and great wineries.
FYI, if allergic to bees beware. Honey bees are nesting in the wood over hangs of windows and there needs a little more detail to cleaning.

We loved this condo! It was spotless and had do many little amenities that were there to pamper us. The views were spectacular and we spent hours on the balcony taking in the mountain and the hummingbirds. The double rainfall shower was so refreshing and was such a unique experience! Can’t wait to go back!

When choosing a rental property, my number one priority is cleanliness. The unit was clean, but it did have a few maintenance issues that should be addressed. The keypad on the door was very temperamental to the point that I thought I received an incorrect access code. The amazing master bath shower was not amazing, as only one of the shower heads had hot water. Neither handheld sprayer worked at all and the second shower head only had cold water. The soaking tub took about 20-30 minutes to fill. We were not given any hand soap, no small shampoos, and no extra toilet tissue in the second bath. We had to purchase a roll to get us through. The Master bed was comfortable, but the guest bed needs replaced. It was uncomfortable and squeeked , so my friends kept waking each other up every time they moved. Communication was not the best as I sent both an email and a text asking about the coffee pot, and I never received a response. The condo was in a great location, had some nice and interesting decor, and stunning views.

Fantastic property with gorgeous view and great location. This townhome is stunning on the inside, very spacious, and well kept. Master bathroom felt like a spa. Minutes from sugar mountain ski complex, tubing and ice skating. We will book again.

Overall stay was a 5++++. Only thing I thought was tacky was an envelope for tips for cleaning staff. We usually leave money for that, but didn’t this time as we felt it was a little tacky.

The home was beautiful and was everything we hoped for- the communication with the management company , Sugar Mountain Management, was terrible. We were without water for 12 hours the last day. The management company stated there was work in the area without checking to find out the water had been cut off to the unit by mistake. If we hadn’t kept calling them we would not had water through the night

Our small family of 3 had a wonderful stay! This place looks even better in person. It was well appointed, tastefully decorated, super clean and the views are AMAZING! The keypad made it so easy, no stopping at an office for keys and the trash was conveniently located so no dragging garbage to an offsite location. I wouldn’t change a thing about this condo, it’s perfect and we will definitely be back soon!!

Gorgeous Views!! The condo was immaculate. So cozy & clean. The drive up the mountain was a little testy, especially at night, but well worth it. Our only complaint from our stay was the downstairs guest/owner in 200G. They were hanging blinds with a hammer and moving furniture until 11:30 at night. When I walked down to ask politely if they were finished, the woman told me to quit walking around upstairs because she could hear me... Mind you that we arrived at The Crest @ 7:00, left for 2 hours to get groceries & look around and returned after 9. We were in bed by 10:30. She also threw some vulgar language at me. It's is all recorded. With all this being said, I would highly recommend the Condo, but just not the one above Logan Sparks in 200G. Extremely Rude. But Mrs Johanna was very apologetic & helpful. She is a very lovely host.

The condo is beautiful; even better than in the photos! It is at the top of Sugar Mountain with stunning views of the mountains and valleys. The property remodel is very well done, great master bath, cozy gas fireplace and well appointed throughout. The property was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Cody was responsive to any needs and we had a great time. Will definitely be back!

We now consider this our "Mountain Summer home" as we have already stayed here a few times and plan to make it a yearly summer family vacation, mostly because of just how much we love this cabin! From the minute you walk in you will gasp from the views and they never really truly stop. This cabin has all you could dream of from spectacular views to amazing furnishings and amenities, wait until you see the master bathroom! And its fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We could make our dinners with every imaginable kitchen appliance you could want and enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the dining room and the porch. There is surround sound and a smart tv and stereos you can connect to your phone and good wifi. Plenty of comfortable seating and card games and books. We would honestly never leave if that was an option! Already counting the days until next year!

Cannot beat this rental property for location, comfort, amenities, views, proximity, etc. Highly recommend. Will visit again for sure! Had to get used to the drive up the mountain to arrive here but not bad once you get used to it & see the views from the house. Could be nice to have a marked, designated parking space for the unit but wasn't an overall issue during our visit.

Very nice
Pros: It was very easy to rent, good communication with the property manager. The place is beautiful…newly updated. Great amenities and a stunning view. The location to Sugar Mountain, groceries, and restaurants is a plus.
Now the cons…the parking is not easy as the year round tenants in the complex have multiple cars…I thought I would have a dedicated parking spot but did not.
Also, this is a upper floor condo over another tenant/owner. The tenants below live and work there during the winter months …they made us aware that we being too noisy (playing a board game)…I would not advise this for families with kids as it put a damper on our stay.

Extremely Nice, Quick Hop to the Slopes
This place was Extremely nice; almost a little too nice which kept us suspicious. Turns out we had no reason to be as this pace had Incredible views, comfy beds/sofas and chairs, and great decorations. Fireplace was also a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend getting groceries upon arrival because the skiing traffic can make the drive from the store take over an hour. Managers were very friendly and accommodating. Will be booking this again when we come back.

Nice property
The unit was nicely put together and had great views. Pro’s: very good location, updated decor, kitchen had everything needed for a rental, the unit was adequately cleaned, Property manager (Cody Hughes) was very professional and extremely helpful. Con’s: the unit was very cold (about 50 degree’s) upon arrival and took quite awhile to warm up, gas fireplace was not working upon arrival and was not fixed until the next afternoon, TV remote was not working,(Cody was helpful with fixing both of these problems) not enough towels so would recommend bringing extras if you have more than 2 people staying, dryer lint and hair found when bed comforter was pulled back. All in all it’s a nice unit and I would recommend renting.

This condo is absolutely perfect for a small family, two couples or really any combination of up to 6 people. It isn't often that a place looks exactly like the pictures or better and in this case, the condo was even better than we expected. The decor and furnishings were impressive, the kitchen well equipped, the beds and linens were comfortable and the views were great. Cody was super quick in her communication! We will be back!
